The apartment

The villa was built close to the Heiliger See, the deep lake and the city center in Helmholtzstraße, a quiet chestnut alley, during the Wilhelminian period.

The exclusive apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen with dishwasher, built-in cooker, ceramic hob, oven and a washing machine, bathroom, balcony and guest toilet.

The bright, 3,50 m high light-filled rooms (living room and bedroom) are equipped with natural wooden floors. The living room has a high quality sofa bed for 2 persons. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

A very warm atmosphere pervades the entire apartment. The balcony facing south-west and invites you to linger. A parking space is located directly at the house.

During the holidays, we rent the apartment only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
