Home away from home!

This suite is just as pictured, very roomy and comfy for the 2 of us. Sharon & Joe are very hospitable, friendly and will do anything to make your stay the best. The pool is absolutely lovely! The property is peaceful and quiet as is "in the country". It is approximately 6 KM from Bucerias centro, however the 2 cabbies that are recommended, Cesar & Francisco are very accomodating and punctual! There are other people that live on the property, they too, are very very nice, and friendly. Rylee, the property manager, is amazing! Accomodating, knowledgable, and super friendly. Would definitely vacation there again!

My husband Joe & I live full time on the property in Bucerías. We are in our retirement years and enjoy the peace and serenity of country living.

Why they chose this property

We are located only 10 minutes from Hwy 200, which goes thru Bucerías. There are residents and new condo complex projects all along the roadway to the property. We occupy the main house set on 1/3 of an acre.
We have a separate apartment complex with 3 rental units available. They are fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen, full appliances, cookware, dishes etc. The property is tastefully landscaped and surrounded with palms and mango trees. Sidewalks circling the property is a safety feature as well as railings for support on any walkways that have a step or two. You will find it a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and privacy as well when preferred. The outdoor pool is in the center of the property for all to enjoy at their leisure.

What makes this property unique

Country living takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and heavy traffic. If such is desired then we are only 10 minutes away.
