This unit is located just a block from the Railyard district and maybe 1/2 mile from the Plaza. It doesn't get much better. It is a very quiet area and parking (around the corner) was very easy. The portable ac unit was key to comfortable sleeping as it was still quite hot outside. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. I would stay here, again.

The rental was in an excellent location. Short walk to museums and the plaza. The rental had more amenities than other spaces we rented on our trip but there were some items that made this review not 5 stars. If you have ANY scent sensitivities please look elsewhere, I had migraines every day we spent time in the unit from the overwhelming cleaning product scents. There are a couple of dumpsters up against the back of the unit that had loud banging at night as the restaurant next door closed up. The unit had earplugs for guests but it was still pretty loud. Parking is offered only a couple of blocks away but there was someone parked across the front of our unit on the private driveway most of the time we were there while there seemed to be plenty of room away from the building.

nice stay in Santa Fe

We enjoyed staying here, it was very close to downtown area that we wanted to see. Lots to do in a close proximity. The unit was comfortable and clean, check in was easy.

Great location, great space

We were so glad when we landed here and found it walking distance from both of our restaurant reservations for the holidays. It’s a perfect space with everything you need (and more!) and was very lovely to stay in. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a cute spot!

Very happy we selected this place. Located in the heart of Railyard District, close to tasty restaurants and plaza. Had all that we needed for a family of 4 (older kiddos). Walked to dinner each night and to explore. Loved staying here!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Property was very clean and owner communicated well! First time in Santa Fe and loved our visit. Walkable to the Railyard, the Plaza and lots of galleries. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great little place!

This was the perfect little place for our family of 4! Great location, clean, and super cute inside. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but the owner seems great and you can tell she pays attention to the little details. Would definitely recommend!

Great Little Spot

Location was great and walkable to pretty much everywhere in downtown. Apartment had everything we needed and some. Really appreciated all the extra touches that Charlotte added. Highly recommend this place!

Great spot for a couple to spend a few nights in Santa Fe. Short walk to the square and many restaurants. Clean, well-kept unit with a comfortable queen bed. Easy check in and parking process.

Wonderful location in Santa Fe

Super location, can walk to everything! The Hosts were very great and easy to communicate with, especially since I made a mistake on the dates of our stay. The only negative I have is the A/C unit is in an awkward location and is very loud. We loved our stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Estaca! The casa is in a super convenient location. I was able to hop on the Rail Trail almost instantly with my bike and eventually ending on the River Trail, which was a beautiful way to see the city. The walk to Santa Fe Plaza was very quick and it was convenient to have the car parked closer to it for access to personal items. The PDF with all of the food and event recommendations provided before arriving was very helpful. I would highly recommend this casa!

Fit our needs perfectly

We (a girlfriend and I) came down to SF for IFAM. It’s always fun to see the different ways VRBOs are set up - I am also a Premier VRBO host. This apartment had everything we needed, and it’s proximity to the Folk Market, as well as the plaza was terrific. The parking was a non- issue. Great stay!

Great location

Our property was within walking distance of Old Town and the railroad District. It was clean and comfortable. Our two minor complaints is that the ice maker didn’t work, and the change filter light was on in the fridge.

Perfect Santa Fe studio

Located close to all the action but quiet. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with nice towels and toiletries. Clear instructions were provided for easy check-in and check-out. A bottle of champagne and sweet and salty snacks were awaited us and were very welcome after a long drive. Highly recommend.

Casa Estaca

Clean, Comfortable and convenient place for walking around Santa Fe, especially the Railyard district. Excellent check-in directions from property owner. The pullout couch was useful to accommodate family members for an overnight stay, but the lack of privacy if 2 couples are sharing this flat may be problematic for some. I would book Casa Estaca again if in the Santa Fe area!
