Welcome to the heart of Trolley Square, the place where all the local, young professionals want to live. Our place is steps to the best restaurants and bars in the city. This is the perfect place for a medium sized group or family to be able to walk to have a bite to eat or to travel to nearby areas by 95.

**Note: Currently Parking enforcement is suspended for the city limits so you can park anywhere, no permit/time limitations required!**

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed being within a short walk to many restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and a walking trail along the Brandywine River. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was a little tricky in getting the right temperature and we found the flow was better when no other water was being used elsewhere in the home. Check-in and check-out was super easy and having a temporary parking pass was great and we didn’t have any problem finding a parking spot on the street. The townhome is old and has steep steps but it was well-furnished, clean and the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything that we needed. It was a comfortable home and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Thanks, Travis and Gabrielle for being wonderful hosts!

Great “walk up” in a fun neighborhood.

Cute house in a great location. We could walk to a grocery store, coffee shop and several restaurants.

Fabulous stay

Awesome property in a great location. This house is clean, well kept, has character (being an older residence) and is in a great neighborhood. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store. It was easy to get around with limited traffic issues. The house itself was very comfortable and just the right size for the 5 of us. The beds and pillow were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very attentive and answered any questions we had promptly. Would gladly stay here again when in the Wilmington area.
