Greenville and the City Center less than a 5 minute drive. Having lunch at Capers & Lemons, or the DuPont Hotel for a business meeting. Just two of many spots to enjoy in that 5 minute drive radius.

Down the hill on Pennsylvania Avenue to a number of Financial Institutions you may do business with, makes our Studio a convenient place to work and play.

PHL airport is a short 25 minutes.

As a business traveler since 1997 this Studio is designed to be your home away from home. Just pack a bag and go, we will take care of
the rest.

Very nice, modern accommodations

Really enjoyed and appreciated the host for accommodating my family during our visit. We truly enjoyed the property and the hospitality. Definitely planning to visit again, when we have more time to take advantage of all of the amenities.

Charming and Cozy

Lovely neighborhood, quiet street

Perfect size for one person. Lovely garden to look out over! Didn't really use the kitchen, but was a great space to prepare own meals.

Homecoming/Reunion visit

We had a lovely weekend in Wilmington. The accommodations we very convenient and in a beautiful neighborhood in the city. The fall colors of the trees and the Halloween decorations made it fun to walk around the neighborhood. The host was very prompt in responding to a couple issues we had and the apartment had everything we needed for the weekend.

Great unit in a beautiful neighborhood. It was more spacious than I expected . The internet connection wasn't consistent but I did not reach out to the host since it was after midnight when I tried to connect both times. I am sure they would have fixed it promptly if I contacted them.

Cozy duck in picture-perfect neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming rental. We were visiting family for a few days and were able to walk to their small home. The walk was through a historic and gorgeous neighborhood. The convenient location alone makes this VRBO worthy of a repeat stay. This small, but well-appointed room above the host’s garage had a bathroom with shower, efficiency kitchen, pantry and closet. For a moment or two during our stay, the place seemed small for both of us; plenty of room for one, though. If our host approves, we would be happy to stay here again.
