About this property
Clean, one bedroom, newly constructed home within walking distance of downtown.
The Bozeman Retreat is just seven blocks from downtown and only a few blocks from midtown Bozeman. This new highly efficient contemporary home features a full kitchen, local TV, Roku, WiFi, stereo with Bluetooth, keyless entry, washer, dryer, coffee maker, filtered water, in-floor heat, new appliances, and welcoming decor. Guests will sleep well on a medium-profile hybrid mattress combining the benefits of a traditional innerspring with a thick layer of cushioning memory foam. There is plenty of parking and the retreat is easy to get to and from wherever your travels might take you.
The Retreat is owned by a long time Bozeman resident and co-managed by another long time local. Both of whom are excellent and accommodating hosts who love good communication.
The Bozeman Retreat is in the 'old' or original part of Bozeman. Homes in this area are a mix of original homes that were built in the 1930's to new homes like the Retreat. There is an elementary school a few blocks to the west. Downtown is five to seven blocks away. Bozeman's Midtown is five blocks away. The street is quiet with really not much more traffic than residential.
Guests have full access to the entire space including the front patio and street parking directly in front. There are no shared spaces.
The Bozeman Retreat is a separate unit of a new home completed in December of 2020. Plenty of natural light fills this warm space. Unique decor from around the globe, a fully stocked kitchen, and more make this clean, quiet space a good choice for travelers visiting Bozeman, Montana.
The yard space has been planted with natural and native flowers and grasses. These flowers and grasses take some time to grow so the yard space will appear to be bare dirt with some decorative rocks and landscaping in the spring and early summer.
Downtown and Midtown are a short walk away. The Retreat is about 9 miles from the airport. Getting anywhere is pretty easy with quick access to main arterial streets.
This property operates legally in the State Of Montana and is permitted as a short-term rental in Gallatin County and the City Of Bozeman.
We recently listed this property on vrbo. We hope to build a portfolio of positive reviews here as we have done on other platforms already.

Hosted by Bozeman Montana Vacation Rentals

Hi. My name is Reno Walsh. I am the owner of Bozeman Montana Vacation Rentals.
I sincerely appreciate Bozeman, Montana. I moved here in 1995 and immediately launched a career in the tourism industry. I met my wife to be on the summit of Saddle Peak in the Bridger Mountain Range just outside of town and a few years later I proposed to her in a raft on Montana’s Smith River. We were married downtown Bozeman at Lindley Park. Today we are the proud parents of two living in our own home on Bozeman’s northeast side. I’m an active volunteer and leader in the community. I’m the owner of a successful short-term rental and long-term downtown Bozeman vacation rental on North Montana Ave.
Bozeman Montana Vacation Rentals understands the importance of excellent customer service. I’ve guided thousands of guests around the world on active vacations. I’ve hosted thousands at food, wine, and beer conferences around the world. And, we have hosted over a thousand guests at our vacation rentals. Guests trust us and consistently rate their experience at the highest level.

What makes this property unique
From Anna, the owner: I am a 16 year Montana resident, having moved here from the east coast. I am an avid nature lover, forest bather, gardener, skier, backpacker/ hiker. I love Beauty in all of its forms, art, conversations that matter, and yoga. I work in the healing arts in yoga, life coaching, and somatic-based therapy.
This property is the result of heartfelt creative expression and has elements of the things I love. It is new, clean and has good energy! Its location in the heart of midtown Bozeman lends itself to feeling the pulse of the city with access to all its cultural offerings including the surrounding natural world. I planted the garden with drought-tolerant native flowers, shrubs, and a fescue lawn.
If you are looking for a retreat-like experience, a farmhouse-modern warmth and quiet, this newly built house awaits. The rear unit has a treehouse feel with mountain views on the north side of town, a deck and third floor. Its access off the alley gives it a typical Bozeman charm and funk. The front unit is ground floor and faces the street, planted with wildflower seeds I collected during fall hikes.
