Welcome to our Tahoe Mountain Condo! The condo was recently renovated. It has has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an upstairs loft with a pull out sofa. Full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, and 2 smart TV's.
The location is great in the winter because we are 5 minutes from the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly and a shuttle picks up from our parking lot entrance! . In the summer you can take in the scenic views from the front deck and make the 10-15 minute drive to all the action at the downtown casinos, restaurants, and beaches. Or you if hiking is your thing, a 10 minute walk will take you to the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail, and several others!
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay but please be aware that this is a family friendly building, so if you are looking for a place to party then maybe this isn't the one for you. Our building is a mix of short term rentals, second homes and year round residents. Be advised that there are three flights of stairs to get to the front door. We are only a 5 minute walk to the HOA's Pool and Hot Tub. The hot tub is open year round and the pool is open all summer.

Our group enjoyed a ski-trip week at this location. Quick drive to Heavenly, which was nice because we could beat the crowds to the parking lot before it filled up. Overall a great option!
Came here with my family over Christmas. We had a great time! Very modern with full kitchen, loved the little fireplace and smart TV to watch Christmas movies.
This was a great spot for my friends and I to stay for our ski trip to Heavenly. Everything was exactly as the listing said and it had everything we needed and more. Great location for access to Stagecoach lodge (though it isn’t walkable). Thanks!
This is a well appointed condo in a very convenient location to both the Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family of six.
As advertised, we had plenty of room to relax and sleep. The layout was open enough that no one was left out but we also had our own space. Be prepared for some cardio with the three flights of stairs to the unit and another if you score the upstairs bedroom! Owner was very responsive to questions. I'd definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay. Matt was communicative and helpful. The condo has great views of the lake through the trees. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the porch. The bathrooms and laundry rooms are fully stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has all the appliances you could want to use. Word of advice....pack light and do laundry during your stay, those 3 flights of stairs are no joke!
The property is very clean and fancy. That was a perfect time during our stay. And Matt is a very kind and nice host!
ps. The keypad is the touch screen, so please don't call Matt after 12AM to ask about it like us...😂
My family of 5 just returned a few days ago from our amazing snow filled vacation at this wonderful property. We were impressed the moment we walked thru the door. The condo smelled nice and was extremely clean and spotless! We were pleasantly surprised by the festive Christmas tree and fresh flowers on the kitchen countertop. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and we had all the amenities for our stay. The owner has done an incredible job at making sure guests are comfortable and relaxed! We loved watching the kids play in the snow and the view of the snow covered trees was breathtaking. Thank you for welcoming us! We can't wait to book again.
My family and I stayed for 3 nights, youngest is 12.
Is exactly as described in the listing. Property is very clean, which is a must for us! Extremely well stocked for cooking, has everything you could need to prepare meals (most other are usually lacking in some department but not this one!)
Has basic pantry staples available if you need them.
Split level with a great hangout area upstairs for teens/kids. The beds were all super comfortable which was a huge plus!
The only negative thing was that the hot tub and pool were too packed for us to use (and closes at 8pm) but that was because we came during a heat wave and was obviously no fault of the owners.
There were beach towels available which was great because we somehow forgot ours.
One thing to note: those stairs are NO JOKE so be prepared if you have a ton of luggage, not a deterrent for us though!
Overall 10/10 and will definitely book it again!
The property is very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen is well provisioned. Matthew the property owner is very responsive. Very short drive to stagecoach lift. Will definitely want to stay here again.
We came up for a concert and wanted a place where we could get some work done in between our play time. The townhouse was perfect - - and it snowed. A perfect ending to an extended weekend.
Located in the heart of Heavenly ski resort, this property was just 10 min up the mountain from the main drive along South Lake Tahoe. Beautiful views, super quiet and clean. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It doesn’t have AC but thankfully we didn’t need it.
The condo was just what we expected from the other reviews. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer worked great! Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We enjoyed staying at the top of Kingsbury Grade, it was a very quiet area. Lots of stairs to get to the condo but it was well worth the climb!
Enjoyed our short stay at this condo. It is located near the ski lifts and easy to locate. It was clean and modern with all the amenities needed to eat at home as well as enjoy TV, computer, games with family. It is a lot of steps to the condo as other people have mentioned. So would definitely not recommend this place for people with mobility issues- remember also, you have to lug your luggage up to the top. Matt was easy to communicate with too.
Stayed for Labor Day weekend to enjoy Hell’s Kitchen and the Jack Johnson concert. Great place, modern and clean, only issue would be the 3 flights of stairs but after climbing multiple times I liked the exercise.
We had a wonderful time in Lake Tahoe. We mainly came for hiking and Matt’s place was close to some of the best hikes in the area. We found the rental extremely clean, well stocked (suggest I look in cabinet before u shop) and very roomy. Would be a great ski rental!! Would love to return in winter.
The condo has been recently updated. It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front deck has a beautiful view. We were very happy with our stay.
Matt’s place was better than we expected. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of cooking supplies, modern, clean, and nice sunset view. I would definitely stay here again.
