A 5-minute walk to the tram, which will take you to the train station or the city centre in less than 10 minutes. You will also be 15 minutes by car from the beaches and less than 10 minutes from the highway. The air-conditioned apartment has a living room with sleeping accommodation for 4 people: 1 sofa bed with a proper mattress and 1 double bed (140x190cm). (Sleeping areas can be separated by a curtain for added privacy) Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video... A coffee table that converts into a proper dining table. A fully equipped kitchen: combination refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and towel warmer. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with quality materials. Guests are asked to respect the equipment and keep the premises clean. Any stained, damaged, or broken items must be reimbursed. It is strictly forbidden to organise any party, gathering, or any other type of event; loud music is also prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation; smokers are asked to use the balcony.
