Azure 416--Free Beach Service!!-- 3 Bed/ 3 Bath Condo On the Beach!!

FREE BEACH SERVICE WITH RENTAL (March through October)

***Beginning August 11, 2025 until March 2026, Azure will begin Phase 2 of their Exterior Renovation. Starting in the 19-23 stacks and moving backwards to the 01 stacks. This renovation will include balcony closures in phases as well as walkway closures. Balcony closures will mean no access to the balcony, and all balcony furniture will be either removed or stored in the unit. During this time, construction noise will be from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Our calendar will be blocked for dates that floors are completely blocked and our rates will be discounted for dates that the balcony will be blocked. Azure 416 balcony closure is scheduled for 8/25/2025-11/7/2025.
Dates are subject to change with weather and we will Update as we are made aware.

Enjoyable stay

The condo itself was very good. We did have some issues with the the living room television and noticed that some of the bedroom doors did not lock, but overall the stay was very good. We were also awakened at 1 AM by a fire alarm (for our 2nd time in 5 years) but of course that was the fault of the condo owner, just something unusual. We would stay again! :)

Location is great!

Right on the beach, huge balcony with AWESOME patio furniture. Condo was just as advertised, but could use a mr clean magic eraser to the doors, etc. Checked in at 3am with no issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 23

Hey everyone, if you are looking for a great place to stay in a great location... this is the place to be. We spent 6 days here and had an excellent time. Everything was just as described on VRBO. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. The best thing that happened was we were able to get into our location at noon. That was 4 hours earlier than expected which was great. We cannot thank the owners enough for letting us be able to check in early. If you are coming to Fort Walton, this is the place to be. 5 Stars all the way.

Week at the Beach

This location was amazing. The view from this unit is spectacular. The Azure resort is by far one of the nicest along the stretch of the beach, but it was quite busy. Lots of families coming and going. The unit itself was beautiful. Well kept and clean. The beds are super comfy too. I did have to mop the floors once we got there as we noticed our feet were black from walking around the tile flooring. After mopping, it was much better. Great place to call home for the week! We had a great time.

Loved the View!

We really enjoyed our stay at Azure 416! The view was absolutely beautiful! I miss having my morning coffee on the balcony every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed, except a pizza cutter, but a knife worked fine. Some suggestions I would make is to give the condo a good deep clean, as well as the small appliances like the waffle maker and blender. Also, the master bed was a too soft for me. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice vacation. The condo is nicely furnished, but needs to be cleaned better. Floors and kitchen/dishes are very dirty. Elevators are dirty and only worked half the time.The master bed needs to be replaced as it is sagging and has no support. The beach service men were very nice, but the set up is not conducive to true beach-time. The chairs are set up in a large U shape with the chairs closest to the water reserved for owners. The chairs in the center are quite a distance from the water. Tents cannot be set up closer the water, however people are allowed to set up large umbrellas and chairs. So getting out to the beach early does not benefit you as you will likely be sitting behind late comers due to the way the chairs are set up. We ended up not using them and many were left empty.

Covid-19 Getaway

We booked a last minute trip to Fort Walton Beach Florida as a way to get away from the daily routine we had found ourselves in. This was the perfect getaway. The unit was perfect, 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect for us. The kitchen was larger than previous units I had stayed in and had all the amenities we needed to truly enjoy ourselves. We arrived just as Tropical Storm Cristobal was hitting landfall in Louisiana but the weather wasn't all that bad. My only 2 complaints were that I purchased the trip insurance for this considering all the uncertainty regarding the pandemic. It turns out it doesn't really cover much in terms of natural disasters unless it gets very bad. I reached out to both the insurance company as well as the property management company to try and see what options I had and neither was very accommodating. The Insurance customer service rep laughed at me and said it is going to have to get a whole lot worse to count as an event that would qualify for a refund. The management company was a little nicer in that they advised that the storm looked like it would go further west and that it wouldn't affect us too badly. Turns out they were right. We only had 2 suspect weather days, one being the day we arrived. My only issue with them is the fact that we booked it so last minute and I reached out to them within a week of booking and they were steadfast that there wasn't anything they could do. I understand that weather is totally out of their control but a little more consideration would have been helpful. My only other issue with the facility was the strict pool policies. Although I understand where they are coming from they were a bit ridiculous in their enforcement of the rules. They removed any unoccupied towels from chairs multiple times a day. They won't allow any drinks (water included) within 4 feet of the pool. They don't allow any audible speakers/music to be played on the balconies/pool deck. I usually go on vacations to enjoy some relaxing time away with my family which includes some beverages by and in the pool as well as some music to relax to. This wasn't possible. The beach is more of a free for all and accommodating but I had a 2 year old who hated the sand so we were limited there. I understand my issues we minor and they didn't detract from our vacation much but I thought other renters would like to know about them.

The location is fantastic and the size of the unit was why I chose it. Missing many practical amenities like no beach towels, only 1 trash bag, no tissues, etc. It felt chintzy for a place that wasnt cheap.

Birthday celebration

Had trouble using the keypad to get in as there is no light outside the door! Had to use a cell phone in order to get in. No one to help as it was late night. Did get a flashlight the next day which disappeared the next and no replacement. The kitchen floor needed to be mopped. Furnishings were a little disappointing but grew on us as time went on. Lots of dishes and cookware! Beds were very comfortable. Was plenty big enough for 6 people including a toddler and entertaining. Quiet. Lots of deck furniture!! Safe for children with some rearranging. Sand toys for kiddos. Loved the 2big chairs. Curtains could use some help. All in all a very good place to stay.
