Thank you for the feedback — I’m sorry your stay at Destin West Pelican PH-06 fell short of expectations. - I’m sorry two of the TVs weren’t working and that you were on hold so long. Please share which TVs and any photos through Vrbo messages so maintenance can be dispatched to repair or replace them. - I apologize the kitchen lacked basics. We’ll restock common items and review our listing/arrival information so guests know what to expect. - Thank you for calling out the bunk room size. We’ll review the listing photos and description to ensure the layout and bedroom designation are accurate. - I’m sorry you found the property and pool-area bathrooms in poor condition. We’ll notify on-site management/HOA and have housekeeping and maintenance inspect the units and common restrooms for deep-cleaning and repairs. - We’ll also add clearer notes about the beach walk and any gear/transport considerations so future guests can plan accordingly. Please send any additional details and photos through Vrbo messages so we can document everything and follow up with on-site teams. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Team BBG
