Great vacation

We have stayed at the gulf and the bay side at this resort and both have advantages. The views from this unit faced the sunset which was a beautiful perk. The owner was quick to answer questions when needed. We would definitely book this unit again! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Great family vacation spot

I loved everything about this condo and its location. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was very responsive and wonderful to talk to. We plan to come back again and stay!

Perfect getaway!

This location is amazing and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and eateries so a car is not necessary. We will definitely be back.

Great rental for small families

The space was great. We had a great view of the beach with direct beach access from the property. All of the popular things to do and places to eat were 5 to 10 minute walk. Destin was a also a short drive away with more attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. Would definitely stay again and refer to freinds.

Relaxing

Unit was clean with a comfortable bed and nice view of the Gulf. The pool is very big, perfect for families. Beach & Gulf are spectacular beautiful.

We were very pleased with the condo. It has a beautiful view and the photos, and the descriptions were very accurate. We stayed form Saturday to Saturday, and wished we could has stayed longer!

Nice condo

This was a very nice condo. The bunk room was a bit small for our teen (plus not enough privacy as bunk room isn't enclosed at the top above door). It would work great for small children though. Great view of the beach & pool. Very clean. Lots of blankets, pillows, & beach toys. We also liked having beach service (chairs & umbrella) included.

This rental was amazing. Much roomier than it appeared in pics. The location is great and access to the pool area and beach were fantastic. The grounds were super clean and well kept. This property owner makes sure you had everything you needed for a great stay. So many little personal touches that made it an amazing place to stay!

We love Destin West. Our condo was beautiful with everything we needed. We had such beautiful view and would definitely plan on coming back next year. Hopefully we can get the same unit. The owner was so pleasant and helpful. It's was by far our favorite.

Clean well kept unit with nice view...

Everything was great with the unit. Its in good condition without signs of significant abuse and it was passably clean on arrival. Check in and checkout was very simple with on-site management.

Beautiful condo and perfect location! The only problem we had was the stove smoked pretty bad and it took forever to heat up and also the sliding door kept coming off track but other than that we had a blast and will definitely be back! Thank you❤️

This condo has the BEST VIEWS!!!

Breathtaking view! Walking to the front door, we saw dolphins swimming in the water. Hours spent on balcony watching the waves and sunsets. Bed is very comfortable. (Quilt was so nice, we peeked at the brand so we could purchase one for home.) Perfect Condo! Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.

March Getaway

Property was idea for us. Love going down the stairs to the beach, pool, hot tub. Like safe access to the lazy river side. Good location to for options for dinner or enjoy exploring. All went well. Probably visit later in the season next time. Nice days but not many "days on the beach".

Comfortable furniture & bed. Well stocked dishware & cookware in kitchen. Incredible view. Quick access to beach. Great pools & hot tub. Close to many activities and other beaches. Very clean. Had a frig issue which needed to be fixed & response was very quick & resolved. Owner helpful & very nice. People at hotel very friendly. Car garage was power washed during our stay. We had a lovely month! The only suggestion I would make is a privacy screen on the deck facing the neighbor, but we had friendly neighbors so it was fine.

This is our second vacation rental at Destin West our other unit is Gulfside 611. We loved our first one so much we purchased another. We love the beach and everything about the entire area. There is so much to do or do nothing at all!

Why they chose this property

The beautiful beach is right outside our door. There are great pools, a lazy river and going barefoot into the bars is awesome! No shoes, no shirt, no problem! We like to go downtown Fort Walton Beach to the little, local movie theater where the service pizza & beer. Also, we like to shop there at the Publix in Fort Walton and other shops. In the summer there is a lot less traffic in Fort Walton Beach.

What makes this property unique

We upgraded both of our units to feel like your at home. We supply everything needed including DVD's, beach chairs and more. All you need to do is bring your clothes.
