Unit in a multifamily house has been generously upgraded. Spacious living room features a comfortable couch and large windows that offer a lovely view of the well-kept garden. For entertainment, enjoy the 65" TV with Roku—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the neighborhood. The kitchen has a gas stove, for easy preparation of meals during your stay. Both bathrooms have heated floors. The unit has AC and heating unit, ensuring your comfort no matter the season.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit. There are two additional units in the building and a shared laundry room.
Laundry is onsite at $5 per load and includes top of the line laundry supplies: Tide, Dryer sheets, stain remover. If you know you would like scent free, just make a request at the time of booking.
The Neighborhood:
Fremont, Seattle, is a quirky, vibrant neighborhood known for its artistic flair, eclectic atmosphere, and unique blend of old and new. Often referred to as "The Center of the Universe" by locals, Fremont is home to a mix of industrial spaces, modern homes, and vintage shops. Getting Around:
1 block from 28X bus which provides door-to-door transit times to downtown attractions (including Pikes Place) in 20 minutes'
The area is well-served by multiple King County Metro bus routes that connect to key destinations, including Downtown Seattle, Ballard, and the University District. The nearby Fremont Bridge provides a direct route to the Queen Anne and Magnolia neighborhoods. For light rail access, the University of Washington Station is approximately 4 miles east, offering connections to the Link light rail system, which serves areas from Northgate to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Please note that the stairs leading to the master bedroom have a low clearance, so be mindful while going up
For guests bringing pets, there’s an additional cleaning fees. The gate is not fully enclosed, so do not let pets out unsupervised. We ask you kindly use the tree lawn outside the fenced area for your pet's bathroom needs. Please note, as this is a pet friendly listing, there may be a pet hair or two that a cleaner missed. Please book this place with the heart position that everyone is trying their best. We want people to be able to travel with their pets, but it does mean that sometimes a pet issue happens that is beyond our control. We ask for a generous spirit in our home as we will do everything we can to remedy any situation asap.
For other guests, please ensure that pets stay on a dog bed and not directly on furniture
