River Charm Lodge - In Town - New Property - Pet Friendly

This beautiful cabin has a picture perfect riverside location along the Red River and close to downtown and the Red River Ski area. The lovely open living room looks out on the river and boasts vaulted aspen ceilings, gorgeous floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, a large flat screen television with satellite, and river views.

You will love cooking in the large chef's kitchen with a window looking out at the river. It is ideal for preparing and serving your favorite meals with a completely stocked kitchen, custom cabinets, breakfast bar, new appliances, and granite countertops.

Enjoy the cool mountain air and spending time outside on the riverside deck with a grill and dining table. Your children will love to feed the ducks that are regular visitors in the yard or have a s'more roast around the fire pit.

Bring your mountain toys! Plenty of room for parking several vehicles and trailers.

$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

Great location. The back patio and view of the river is phenomenal. We had a ton of wildlife including deer, ducks, chipmunks, and a trio of river otters. The house was well apportioned.

Family vacation

We loved our stay. The location by the river was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative comment has to do with the ongoing sewer smell in the front hallway. Maintenance responded and it was better, but each day the smell would come back. Other than that, we loved staying in this home. It provided us a lot of room inside and outside.

Red River Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family and the location was excellent! The deck in the back could use some maintenance, as there was a hole that was a little dangerous? The small part of the deck that was covered leaked, as there was several rain storms while we were there, but overall we loved the backyard on the river. The kitchen was short on silverware as they only had enough for 8 and there was 11 of us, but we made do with plastic. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Great Home away from Home!

Our family has spent many February’s in Red River since 1994. This is our second time to stay in this lovely lodge. River Charm Lodge, is very spacious, with plenty of dinning area seating. The lodge decor is right on point. It has a lovely view of the river (stream), aspens and pines just out back. The cabin is very close to the slopes and downtown too! Once again we enjoyed our stay in Red River! The Judds

The home worked very well for our two families with kids. I can imagine that three sets of adults would start getting crowded. - Very clean - Property managers were great - Kitchen was very functional - Garage with plenty of room to store our ski stuff and snowshoes - Bunk beds are always a hit with kids - Both large bedrooms fit a pack 'n play without trouble - The house is in a residential area. Do note that the houses are all pretty close together (we knew that ahead of time). This is not a "secluded cabin in the mountains" kind of place. Despite that, it felt very peaceful and private. The houses are just far enough apart on the river that you probably won't be bothered by the neighbors. - Easy parking with very wide driveway - Just far enough away from red river ski area that you'll need to drive, but red river ski area has very easy access/parking, so that was not a big deal for us. - Probably need to drive to the restaurants in town in the winter. Might be more walkable in the summer. Overall, this place worked out very well for us.

We had an awesome trip to Red River. I am not big on comments but was impressed enough to take the time. I am highly picky on rentals and this is a great one. Next to the river, great deck and super comfortable beds.

If you ever go to Red River I highly recommend using Resort Realty to find you the perfect place. Talk about customer service, they went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We took our pet and they had a gift for her when we got there. There was cookies and a thank you note for us. It is amazing to have customer service like they provide especially these days when companies just want your money. Great job Resort Realty. P.S. we left a few items we forgot and they were right on it, to get it back to us.

Great house but needs some TLC!

Our group had a wonderful week relaxing in this cabin. There were 8 adults. We felt that even though it sleeps 12, we would not have had enough room for that many. The living room was okay for us but would really only seat 5 people comfortably. The bar chairs need to be cleaned or replaced and the house needs an overall deep cleaning. Even though this sounds critical, we really did enjoy our time there and would recommend it to others.
