Villa Blanca is a very comfortable villa in a great position. A welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The beach is so close, right in front of the property. The comfortable loungers were a metre from the sea, and good having beach towels provided. In October, the sea was great for swimming and snorkelling.
The Villa is very well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking equipment should you wish to eat in. The beds are comfortable, rooms and storage spacious, and a washing machine meant we didn’t have to take dirty clothes home to rainy England.
The only negative is the small shower room, which is located ion the ground floor.
We were very fortunate to be there in a hot spell (28-30 degrees) at the end of October. The resort was quietening down for the end of season with some restaurants closing during the week, however we still had a good choice, including the excellent Kostas and Elena.
Haraki is a lovely village, away from the crowds of nearby Lindos attracting many return visitors. There is a helpful supermarket nearby and restaurants are conveniently close. Only 20 metres to buy freshly squeezed breakfast orange juice each morning at Bottoms Up.
