We had a group of teens and adults staying in this beautiful home!! It was large enough for all of us. We had 2 cars and a passengerVan. There was plenty of room. We loved having access to the garage too. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the St Louis area. Very good location in suburbs of the St Louis area.

The house was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of space in the house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is convenient to downtown St. Louis.

Needs a deep clean and pest control. Overall the house met our needs but we were not impressed in comparison to other places we’ve stayed at for similar prices. There were sticky traps completely full of spiders/bugs throughout the house (especially in the basement bedroom). There was moldy and rotten food left behind from previous tenants in one of the bedrooms and dining room. The floors turned your socks black and were not clean, and the carpets were gross and majorly stained (which is ironic since the host requests you don’t wear shoes inside to keep them nice). The house was very spacious and in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house itself just needs a lot of TLC but it was not a bad stay.

Lots of space for a family gathering. The number of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. The amount of seating in common areas was limited, however, which made it more difficult to have everyone gather in one room at the same time unless we pulled in extra chairs from the kitchen, for example. Plenty of room overall, though. Kitchen had what we needed but just the basics. There were a few places where furniture was worn or there was a broken piece on the blinds, but nothing that got in the way of our good visit with family. Having access to the garage helped us accommodate 3 cars even though the driveway was short. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. Easily accessible location from interstates. Would consider staying here again.
