Beautiful, spacious apartment located on the 2nd floor of the Poncellamont residence, at the foot of the Arêches-Beaufort ski area and just a 5-minute walk from shops. The residence is a renovated former hotel.
Upon arrival, you can park in your assigned space No. 8 in the parking area at the base of the residence. Access to the 2nd floor is via an exterior staircase, then an interior staircase (key code). The ski locker is also located outside at the bottom of the stairs.
The apartment consists of an entrance/vestibule with a large storage closet. This opens onto a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator. The living room has a sofa and armchair, TV, and the dining area has a large table with chairs. The room opens onto a large west-facing terrace.
The master bedroom (140×190 cm) also opens onto the terrace. Another bedroom can accommodate 4 people with 2 sets of bunk beds (90×190 cm). Bedding includes mattress protectors, pillows with covers, and duvets.
