The living room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a television.
The dining room will provide you with a table and chairs to eat comfortably.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer...).
From the living room you can access the private courtyard to relax or have your coffee.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:
-A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a console table and a large closet.
-A second bedroom with two bunk beds in 90 cm (It is strictly forbidden to occupy the top bed over 50kg) and a wardrobe.
From this bedroom you access the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying rack.
Finally, the bathroom (shower) has a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, a single sink and an integrated toilet.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

ATTENTION, any arrival after 8:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. will be charged an additional €30 on site. FROM 10:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m., arrival will be charged an additional €50 to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 a.m.
From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., any departure will be charged an additional €30.
