You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Dredging

Overall, we had a very nice time. When we arrived, they were dredging in front of the complex. That was frustrating because I brought my 80 year old parents and my niece from New York so they could hear the waves but all we could hear was the beeping of the machinary. We were also not allowed on the beach. Fortunately they dredged through the night and on Sunday we were able to sit on the balcony and hear the waves. There is a lot more beach for you now!

Poor Communication

We had several issues that could have been non existent if the management and rental company communicated with one another and then properly communicated to my family, the guests staying at the property. I am grateful for Megan who listened and made sure that we were no inconvenienced again during our stay.
