This is a stunning 2,866-square-foot, two-story Gulf-front penthouse on the 18th floor. You will not find anything else like this on the Gulf Coast.This completely remodeled condo features custom cabinetry, upgraded fixtures, granite countertops, bead board, all stainless steel Viking appliances, wood-look tile flooring throughout, a loft, and private balconies with breathtaking views. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf with an expansive view. The primary bath has Jacuzzi and full-body spa shower and a huge vanity area for premium relaxation. Both living rooms have sleeper sofas if you need additional sleeping spaces for your guests.

While here, enjoy numerous amenities such as a Gulf-front outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a steam room, and a sauna. The barbecue grills are by the pool, as is an outdoor pavilion and fire pit. All amenities are located on ground floor level.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Nice size for our growing family - 2 grandparents, 5 adult children/spouses +3 children ages 4-7. All the furnishings were nicely done, and they even had their own cart for guests to use bringing things up from the car so we weren’t fighting over the community ones. Everyone had their own space, plus a nice large common space for eating, playing games etc. 2 balconies were a treat! The bedrooms had nice room darkening shades so the kids didn’t wake up at the crack of dawn! It rained a few times but we were able to wait it out at the indoor pool rather than carting children, sand and all the things back to the room. Very nice outdoor infinity pool plus kiddie pool and loved being directly on the beach. Only complaint is that 1 of the 2 elevators was not working for 4 days, and being on the 18th floor made it impossible to take the stairs. Also the kitchen lacked some basic necessities - no crock pot, no pot holders, only 1 baking sheet - and many of the dishes in the cabinets and drawers had not been washed. Overall this property worked really well for us and I’d definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo just not very clean.

We loved the layout and access to the beach. However, traveling with 10 people on a beach vacation is definitely hampered without use of a dryer. In addition, the floor, kitchen, and some of the bathroom surfaces had not been cleaned upon our arrival. Vacasa did reimburse us for that inconvenience.

ENORMOUS CONDO

This condo was by far the best condo I’ve stayed at!!! My kids were able to just run and play and not bother my older cousin and mom. I had booked the condo anticipating that it would more of us to come on this trip for my 4yr old but nope it was just 7 of us! I know this condo could hold 15 people at least! Especially if it’s smaller kids! The condo was very clean, it was so easy to navigate to the parking deck and also the pool and beach! The fitness area was pleasant. I really enjoyed this condo. Looking to book for a longer stay on next year!
