Located at Escapes to the Shores unit 1103, our condo has been updated with new living room furniture, new wood look tile flooring in bedrooms, new appliances, mattresses, smart tvs, washer/dryer, board/batten beach theme decorating. It is a like new condo and much larger than your average 1100-1200 2br/2ba condo. Trey ceilings, crown molding, rare air conditioned hallways between elevators and front doors. Covered garage parking for up to 2 cars($50/car per stay) and great amenities add to this great condo. A 1 br/1ba efficiency can be added to this to make it a 3br/3ba.

Included in the rental is a complimentary set of lounger chairs (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). These are set aside for guest of 1103. Just ask the attendant your unit number and he will designate one for your use at no cost. This free service is available from Mid March-Mid October.
Beach Wagon for hauling all of your beach toys and supplies
Beach towels provided in the rental. These red and white striped beach towels are yours to use free with unit rental.

Room itself was fantastic. Clean, big and had everything we needed. Property was ok. Pools were nice. Only complaint would be walls seem kinda thin. Could hear other rooms and people blaring music on there balcony till 3am. Parking was easy.

The host was easy to communicate with, and the room had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, and everything worked. This condo has a very large pool compared to most, and we really liked that the elevators are inside and you enter and exit your room within the building and not outside.

My family and I had a great stay at Escapes. The condo was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. The host Jami was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. We loved that there were beach towels and chairs for our use. It was really convenient and appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Great quick trip to Orange Beach

We were only able to stay for 3 nights. This condo was fantastic! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Check-in was a breeze and the stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend leasing this condo for a trouble-free vacation!
