Terrible trouble

There was no lift and we had to stagger up three winding flights of stairs to get to the front door. We filled in the code andwere amazed to find another twisting flight of stairs to the kitchen/sittingroom. We couldn’t control the tv and there was no WiFi unless you went into the street! Up more stairs to the nightmare bedroom, where we had to crouch to get in and out of bed! Disaster!

However, we would like to kindly point out that the absence of a lift and the presence of several staircases — both outside and inside the apartment due to its duplex layout — are clearly stated in the listing. Regarding the TV and WiFi, we were not contacted during your stay, otherwise we would have easily found a solution. We always encourage our guests to reach out if they encounter any issues, so we can make their stay as comfortable as possible.
