When it comes to convenience and a prime location near the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is one of the best rental values on the beach. Enjoy a secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable!

This condo has had the following updates for 2021: The kitchen cabinets have been painted white, the range and microwave have been replaced, the microwave is now built-in above the range, there is a new washer and dryer, and the mattresses and box springs have all been replaced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful view

The marsh view was exceptional. The furniture was somewhat dated - ensuite tub drained very slow. Bathroom utilities were mounted exceptionally low. Keurig was provided, but no Kcups, no crab mallets. The space and location were good.

Labor Day getaway

Property was pretty clean with the exception of leftover coffee grounds in the coffee maker, the washer was full of towels to be washed, and the dishwasher was totally full of dishes to be put away. My wife and I took care of putting dishes away and cleaning the coffee maker so we could use them. The washing machine we did not touch. Overall it is a nice property and we will come back again.

Perfect for our visit

We came to participate in the Ticket to Broadway Nationals and this place was just perfect for us! It would be great for any family with two kids. The description is accurate and the view from the balcony is simply amazing - so nice and peaceful! There are a lot of stores and restaurants close to the apartment, so you can either cook at home or go eat out. Quiet at night as well, which was extremely important for us as girls had to be ready to perform at 7 am and good sleep was a must :) Thank you!
