Bonjour Madame,
J’ai bien pris note de votre notation. Dommage que vous ne me l’avez pas indiqué ce qui n’allait pas à part une chambre que vous avez estimé trop « humide ». Une note 4 sur 10 indiquerait un certain nombre d’autres aspects qui n’étaient pas convenables pour vous. Chose non remontées par d’autres locataires. Pourtant vous aviez l’air content pendant vos 3 jours. C’est dommage. J’aurais peut-être pu faire quelque chose pour vous pour améliorer votre séjour.
