This oceanfront condo is ready to be your next home away from home! Enjoy tasty lunches and dinners on the spacious, private balcony overlooking the sparkling ocean, and don't miss the porch swing! It's the perfect spot for a midday nap or to snuggle up and catch up on the novel you brought. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a convenient dishwasher. The shared outdoor pool will be waiting for you when hot days come!

Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was such a short walk to the beach and condo pool. Very close to all restaurants and stores. We came for our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute of it!

We love staying at High Point North. The building is in a great and safe location. We have been coming to Ocean City for years and this was definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed. Lots of board games in condo for family game night as well.Lots of great memories made this year.

Great location on a great beach. Convenient for groceries, restaurants, shopping and of course, ice cream. Yet when you are on beach, all that seems far away, and it is just beach, ocean, and relaxation. Great for families. Love Highpoint as the building is not as large as some of the others; beach, pool, and elevators are never crowded.

This oceanfront condo was spacious and (mostly)newly renovated. It had a wonderful view! It was a clean and comfortable condo. The swing on Patio was a bonus! Just a few things….the walls were a little too busy with many pictures & decor. The bedroom and sunroom could use some paint and upgrades. Great location & centrally located to all restaurants & pubs. Thank you

Nice condo but..

My husband and I had a great time in Ocean City but the condo bedroom was warm due to the air conditioner in the room not working well. We had to call about the electric in the bedroom going off and on but Vacasa sent someone very quickly and it was fixed that day. The view of the beach was perfect and a nice short walk to the beach. I would stay here again just need to fix the air conditioner in the bedroom so it actually cools.

Great Location - UNIT NEEDS WORK

A balcony slider was off track when we arrived. We were not able to enjoy the oceanfront benifits the entire week. VACASA was contacted but never did a follow up with the local people. The unit's area rugs turned our feet black. :(

The WiFi was terrible, did not work at all. We had better service at the beach than inside. I brought my laptop and I couldn’t even get it to connect at all. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. Toilet had spots I was able to wipe up with a wet paper towel. The shower shelves had scum/gunk underneath. The balcony could have better furniture. The swing was amazing but there were only two chairs and a table, they were those plastic cheap ones. Overall the condo itself was nice. The location was perfect and a short walk to the beach! The front room was nice to be able to store your beach stuff and not have to track it throughout the condo. The beds were comfortable and the decor and such was nice!

The actual condo was nothing like the pictures. Everything was very outdated, stained, and dirty. The entire condo smelled like cigarettes and the walls / appliances were stained yellow from smoke. This condo was hot as the ac was only located in two areas. It was awful. Do not book here.

Great view/ great location

The view from the balcony was awesome. Very short walk to the beach. I was not impressed by the condo at all. The air conditioner could not keep up - it was quite uncomfortable. From the moment I walked into the condo it didn’t feel clean - the day before I checked out I dropped something on the floor that went under the couch. Much to my surprise I found scratch off tickets that were not mine. Who knows how long they had been there. Definitely tells me I was right about it not being very clean.

Nice location, nice layout and balcony. Dropped something under the bed, and when I went to get it, the floors were dirty and look like they have not been swept in quite some time. The condo was not locked when we arrived. Therefore, anybody could’ve been in there! There were blankets rolled in a ball on the floor in the closet. I’ve stayed in. Vrbo condos in the past, and they have all had much more of a variety of glasses & cups and cookware in the kitchen than this place. Also, there were several mouse traps throughout the condo, which really grossed me out!

Perfect view with new flooring

Loved the new flooring, if you're booking now they've changed the floors from the listing photos. Has a great mix of modern decor and kitchy beach decor. Has basic kitchen equipment and very cute flatware. Couch and seating was comfy and clean. We appreciated the patio furniture and the extra bed to spread out. Also appreciated the extra bedding and pillows in the closet. One suggestion for the future is possibly a new can opener and a larger bar of soap for the bathroom. CANNOT BEAT THE VIEW
