The private balcony is a great place to start your day with a steamy cup of coffee. This studio is equipped with a full kitchen and central AC.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

This property's balconies were all being supported by temporary columns. They were still being installed when I arrived. The mattress had multiple large yellow stains. The popcorn ceiling by the AC vent was filthy. The non-slip mat in the shower was stained brown. The toilet seat had several chips in it. The balcony door lock was broken, and I was surprised with workers on the balcony more than once. I've been coming to OCMD for over 30 years. Worst experience in that time.
