One bedroom one bath condo conveniently located one block off the beach and you don’t have any busy roads to cross to be surf side! Perfect size for a small family or a couple escaping for a relaxed vacation. This comfortably furnished condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave. Close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a great family friendly northern beach location close to the outlets and restaurants, and a quick walk to catch the bus for $3.00/day to be on the boardwalk or the inlet without the hassle of a car.
You will need to bring towels, bedding linens, all other toiletries. Bedroom has queen bed and queen pullout sofa in LR. 4 pillows are provided.

Close to the Beach

This is a great place to stay while in OC, MD. You can enjoy a view of the ocean while sitting on balcony. The host is very responsive and the place was clean.

Family vacation

Nice little condo/ great location

Took my 12 year old granddaughter to Ocean City for a quick trip before school. We stayed in this condo just steps from the beach. We were about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. Condo is an older unit, but was clean and everything was in working condition. The balcony gave views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay over July 4! The condo is in a great location - very close to the beach and restaurants, so perfect as a home base for all we wanted to do. It's clean and quiet, and Tina is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Good option

Good option if you want a balcony with a view of the ocean. Also a good option if you want to be on the part of the beach that isn't as busy and crowded. Walkable to several food options.

Cute little spot!

My bf and i stayed here for a weekend. It’s close in proximity for a lot of restaurants and bars. Super close walk to the beach which is very convenient. Tina was very helpful and always quick to answer my questions. We would stay here again!

Perfect spot

The quaint condo was just right for us! It had everything we needed. We met kind neighbors in the building.m too. Easy walking access to the beach. Restaurants are everywhere. The kids loved the quiet street. Street parking was no problem too.

Great short beach visit!

My daughters and I wanted to come to OC for a short, three-day stay, and Tina was able to accommodate. Clean, bright unit with a bit of an ocean view and a quick walk over the dunes to the beach. I will consider returning in the future!

Thank goodness for the air conditioners, I arrived on the hottest day of the year and the condo was cool and comfy. Older but very clean condo in a perfect, quiet location. Owner responsive to messages.

Weekend at the beach

The unit is very close to the beach and comfortable. There is an outdoor shower / foot shower. The deposit was promptly returned. We enjoyed our visit to Ocean City. Tina was great. She recommended The Crabcake Factory up the street. We loved the Crabcakes and Bllody Mary with lump crab meat.

Haas review

Shower had soft spots in tub spending on where you stepped. A bit of a musty odor on bedroom, but after a few hours, didn’t notice it Temperature was good. Both AC units worked fine. Appliances all worked fine. Overall, it fit our needs well.

Loved our stay

We stayed with our infant son and all had a fantastic week at the condo. It was very clean and had a great view of the beach. At night can turn off the AC, sit outside and hear the waves. The balcony has a retractable shade which was very nice. Bed is very comfortable and both AC units work great to keep the condo cool. Heat index was well over 100F for the week, and it kept the unit cool with no problems. We loved having a designated parking spot. Other people mention the parking is tight but our Hyundai Santa Fe fit with plenty of room. Beach access is very close to the condo with a nice walkway and a place to wash your feet before going back in. We would recommend 10/10 and absolutely would stay again.

Nice condo- and great location!

This condo is an EXCELLENT distance to the shore! It is very possible to leave your car in the reserved, covered spot beneath the building and carry your things out to the sand (which is a guarded beach during the day); it's not even a block of walking. This building is also an easy walking distance to at least one breakfast spot, convenience stores, and a few others; if you bring a car, it's also a short drive to grocery stores and other locations- and if you do stock up on groceries, the kitchen is truly fully-stocked, so you can cook just about anything (I also do like how most of the appliances are stainless-steel- but that's not a critical factor). I have been accustomed to central A/C, but the two window units kept my guest and I cool even on the warmest days. Due to the age of my guest, it was a bit of a challenge getting up the stairs to the condo, but it was overall a very good stay for us both.

Perfect getaway for the two of us!

The outside property was well kept. The apartment was cutely decorated and very clean. The living space was very comfortable and well equipped. In a prior review, someone complained about the air conditioning in the bedroom stating that they were not cool enough at night. Honestly, I don't know what they were complaining about, we were very comfortable all night through. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio each morning, having the view of the ocean was so peaceful! Being so close to the beach was wonderful! We were close enough to run home for lunch, or to refill drinks or use the restroom. There is an outside "shower" to rinse off, which was also very convenient. We did have to contact Tina with a question, we reached her through the messaging on VRBO. Her response was very prompt. We appreciated how readily available she was. The only thing that I would mention as a word of "caution" is that the parking space, albeit very convenient, does not accommodate a large vehicle due to its height (we have a RAM Big Horn and we could not fit into the space). However, there is plenty of street parking to remedy the situation. Again, simply mentioning this, we could have brought a smaller vehicle had we known. No big deal! Overall, we were very happy with our time on this property. You can tell that Tina has put thought into the decor, as it is very inviting and comfortable. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed it very much.

Everyone has enjoyed staying at our condo and vacationing at the beach. My favorite time is in the morning drinking my coffee on the balcony and eating my Fractured prune donuts. They are located on 127th Bay side next to the Verizon store. They are the best cake donuts...get there early with cash. Don't forget coupons in the coupon book..

Why they chose this property

My Family has enjoyed many summer days on the beach. Being able to quickly walk back to the condo for lunch and naps when the children were little which was terrific.

What makes this property unique

125th North side park for yearly events and especially on 4th of July for Fireworks which can be seen from front balcony or walk across the street to the park. Great location for the Annual Car shows and enjoy all the classic cars that come to OC!
