A spacious remodeled direct ocean front efficiency with kitchen (sleeps three) and new washer and dryer is available for the summer rent. Cleaning fee is $150 (including Coronavirus fee), security fee $100.
Condo is located on the 12th Floor of the Golden Sands Condominium.Three swimming Pools (Internal, External and Kiddy), Gym, Sauna, Cabana, Large Deck, Internet, Volleyball court, Tennis court are available.Ping Pong, Game Rooms for kids, Shops on Deck and more. Sunbathing is great. Comcast cable, Amazon and Netflix video on a new TV adds to entertainment choices. Registration fee to Golden Sands this year is $75 paid at the check-in desk

We loved this condo! It's great for a couple or small family! It has everything you could need, a great view, and right on the beach! In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or quick snack! The price is great and we would def stay there again!

Small but sweet

This is on the smaller size , but was ok for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Soap and shampoo samples would have been a nice touch to have been added to the bathroom.

There was a few minor issues. There was a few minor things that were not kept up with. I know I stayed in this place before I think you got a new mattress from the last time I was there . but I honestly think it was a little overpriced. I had friends that stayed in other places for the same amount of time and a bigger place and cost less money for them but overall, I was satisfied with the location.

Bed Problem

Both the Murphy bed and the pull out couch mattresses are completely worn out, the only comfortable way to get some sleep is to sleep on the couch itself.

Week at the beach

Check in process was long and the front desk staff were rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Condo was as described. Great views. Communication with owner was good with quick responses.

Jeremy, during Coronavirus time everyone has to have a little bit more patience because security desk has to process people more slowly, the cleaning should be more thorough, the elevator could fit only 2 people at the time, etc. We all have to adjust and I hope that next time everything will be much better.
