I booked my stay, paid for it, got my confirmation email, then on the day of arrival I couldn’t contact the host. I tried multiple times and by the time check in was available I still hadn’t heard from them. Stranded in the city waiting, I had no idea what to do. I contacted VRBO for them to reach the host on my behalf, in which they told me the apartment was not available. So I was left with nowhere to stay on my own in the city and it was COMPLETELY unacceptable.

Désolée. Mon tél a été volé et je n'ai pas pu voir la réservation. Je ne l'ai su Que trop tard quand j'ai acheté un nouveau tel et le service client a pu me contacter. Depuis j'ai supprimé la réservation instantanée afin de ne plus tomber dans ce pb. Je m'excuse encore une fois .
