Calme et bien lumineux, mais …

Séjour fin février dans ce logement.Le positif : Logement bien calme, propre, très lumineux, bien équipé.Le négatif : Une odeur très tenace et fort désagréable d’urine de chat qui nous a vraiment gâché le séjour, c’est vraiment dommage, un problème avec le chauffage au sol le soir du second jour. Lors de notre retour de promenade, la température du logement était vraiment trop juste. Nous avons dû pousser le thermostat au maximum pour avoir une température convenable (environ 20 degrés). Le canapé du salon n’est pas confortable du tout. Je pense que de toutes petites modifications pourraient améliorer grandement le ressenti final sur la qualité de ce logement qui a vraiment beaucoup de potentiel.
