Hello,
I am the owner of a house in the Perche Sarthois and I would like to rent it on your site.
I like your selection criteria and I think that this house corresponds to the state of mind of Gîtes de France.
The house is 180 M2 with three bedrooms, two bathrooms two toilets, a living room of 60 M2, a kitchen small living room with fireplace, an office and a laundry room.
the kitchen is fully equipped: two ovens, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, etc
the laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam central
Heating is via heat pumps
reversible (air conditioning
the house is planted on a plot of 1 hectare with an orchard and a breathtaking view of the valley and the village at 180°
Horse riding, canoes-kayaks, road of the manors, aquatic centre, farmers' markets
