This 3BR/2BA plus bonus room condo is located in the Shadow Run complex on the top floor -- with no neighbors above! Stroll to the onsite complimentary shuttle that whisks you to the slopes. Enjoy the use of the pool, hot tub, and grilling areas.

This alpine escape offers a completely updated interior, as well as a private ski locker.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the sectional by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the TV in the welcoming living area.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a three-person kitchen bar.

When it’s time to dine, the table seats six.

BED & BATH

This home comfortably sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. A bonus room offers a full-size futon.

The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk, and a smart TV, while the third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

This is a great place to stay. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our family. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner, had space to play games, and had a movie night. The location is close to the slopes and down town. There is two private bedrooms with queen beds, one room with 2 bunk beds, and one room with a bunk that has a single on top and a full on bottom. I would stay there again.

Longer walk to bus stop than I would have liked, long ride to/from gondola, cramped common space, kind of a bad smell, sad communal hot tub. Not a nice vacation feeling overall, but tons of beds if you have a big group that just needs somewhere simple to crash.

Perfect spot & amazing host!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family's summer getaway to Steamboat. We loved the beautiful, easy bike ride into town along the trail and convenient access to fun activities like tubing the river and the rodeo. The host was full of great tips and recommendations for restaurants and various family-friendly activities! We also loved the condo's mountain chic decor, tons of sleeping options, and drawers full of books and games for our kids. Like most mountain condos, there's no AC, which I was worried about for a hot second in the summer, but there were plenty of high-powered fans for every room, so the place was perfectly cool throughout our stay (felt the same as having AC!). What a gem!

Great stay! Had everything we needed and plenty of room. Clean condo, comfy beds. The only thing that was confusing is I had spoken to someone on the phone stating we could drop our bags off at the front office if we arrived before check-in time. However, there is no main office at Shadow Run condos. Other than that, I would stay again!

Immaculate, Well Stocked and Great Location

We loved our stay at this condo in Steamboat Springs. First thing we noticed is that it's immaculately clean. The place is well stocked with lots of extras like towels for the hot tubs and pool. The kitchen is also well stocked. What we loved best is that it's right by some great walking paths that lead you to restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. It's also right at a bus stop that's free(!) that takes you right to the mountain. Will definitely be back.

As advertised - pleased with the time spent.

I would post this rental as 3.5 bedrooms. Plenty of bunk room for families with a lot of children. The kitchen and tv area are on the smaller side, but there was plenty of space for my family of 4. The space was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well enough equiped. The bus stop is last on the way home from the ski resort. Overall - I would rent this place again.

Six of us stayed there for a ski weekend in early January. The unit is great. Very clean and well laid out. Roomy and easy access to the ski locker. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Love the proximity to the ski bus!

Nicely updated condo with modern finishes. We loved that it was within walking distance to the base and on the bus line for town. The kids loved the bunk room and there was even an unexpected bonus bunk room upstairs that served as a 4th bedroom which gave the kids extra room to spread out. Definitely perfect for two families. We came up to mountain bike (which was great) but will be back for skiing!

We had two families of 4 with big kids staying for a ski weekend and we were so impressed with how roomy and comfortable this condo was for all of us. The kitchen is really well stocked with lots of extras that are smartly arranged and well-organized so made for easy mealtimes. The kids had plenty of room to spread out or go enjoy the hot tub which is just a short walk down the path. The beds are very comfortable, which is hard to find in rentals and helped recovery after long days skiing. The bus picks you up right out front and you're at the base just a few min later. Loved it! Would def recommend for a getaway.

Fun in Steamboat!

Great condo for skiing and mountain biking! We've stayed here twice - one summer stay and went back for a winter visit. Easy bus to the mountain for skiing and boarding. Walk to Wild Plum - a great little grocery store and wine/coffee/ice cream shop! Or stop there on the way back from the mountain. Condo has two "adult" bedrooms, a great kids bunk room, and a room with a futon. Great for one or two families. In unit laundry too!

Beautiful home near the slopes

My family and some friends stayed in this lovely condo for a long weekend in December. It was perfect. The condo is clean, modern and looks recently remodeled. We had plenty of space with two queen bedrooms (one en suite), a room with 2 bunk beds, and an extra room with a futon. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The living room was large and quite comfortable. Wifi and streaming services were available. The free bus to the resort and downtown stops close by, and is really easy to use. The hot tub was a great bonus, and although it was for the complex, we never saw anyone else using it. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and highly recommend this condo. We will be renting this place again.

Great place!

My family and I stayed there in November 2021 and loved it! Check in was a breeze, and the condo was a super clean and well equipped. The appliances were great and the kitchen/living area made it easy to handle four adults and two kids. We even made a full Thanksgiving dinner. We also loved how walkable the location was to multiple restaurants and a small grocery store, not to mention the mountain. We’ll be coming back!
