An ideal getaway, this stylish 2BR/2BA condo is across the street from the Steamboat Springs ski area and a 2-minute walk from the gondola. Take in mountain views from a heated pool and hot tub.

INSIDE THE CONDO

This cozy, sophisticated West Condominiums condo is located on top of a small knoll, giving you marvelous views of the ski mountain and valley at every turn.

Step inside the foyer, and find a nook area with a bench for taking off your boots. Towels for the complex hot tub and heated pool are stored above, and theres a coat rack for ski jackets.

Take the stairwell up to the bright main living space. Here nature-inspired artwork adorns the walls, and the rooms are airy and inviting beneath vaulted ceilings. Please note the fireplace is not operational.

To the right, the kitchen has three stools at a marble-topped breakfast bar. Make home-cooked meals with a fridge, electric stove/oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and dual stainless sink at your disposal. Light wood cabinets contrast beautifully with glossy counters.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, where a handsome wood table seats six below a modern chandelier.

Beyond is the living room, detailed with a 42” TV, DVD player, and sound system. A hideaway bed for two lies below comfy window seating lined with colorful pillows. A sleeper sofa and two chairs offer additional seating.

Take the stairs to the lower level to find the two bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has two extra-long twin-size beds with wooden headboards and plaid bedspreads.

The bathroom across the hall has a tub/shower combination, and the shared master en-suite bathroom to the right also has a tub/shower combination.

The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen-size bed, 22” flat-screen, a white leather recliner, and a large closet for storing all your favorite winter sweaters.

After the slopes, warm up at the West’s Clubhouse Building in indoor hot tubs and an outdoor pool heated to 90 degrees during winter.

THE LOCATION

Skiers, snowboarders, and snowshoers rejoice! This tasteful condo is right across the street from Steamboat Springs ski area and a 2-minute walk from the gondola.

For a change of scenery, check out Howelsen Hill Ski Areas trails, tubing, and terrain park (10-minute drive), and take the ride of your vacation at the Alpine Slide nearby.

In warmer months, wander through the woods at Fish Creek Falls Park (16-minute drive), or travel a bit further to Mad Creek (22-minute drive) for absolutely gorgeous scenery.

Wet your whistle at Steamboat Brauhaus -- a bar and beer garden, and dine on authentic American fare at the Mountain, both only 2 blocks away. Satisfy your sweet tooth with the many flavors at Ciao Gelato, a 10-minute drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
