This is a three bed-room luxury condo with a sleeper sofa. It is on located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. 4 large UHD Samsung smart TVs in the Condo. 4K UHD Blu-Ray player. Samsung TV Plus & Verizon 5G high speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, an indoor, heated pool and hot tub (open year round). outdoor pool with Tiki Bar (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), grille & bar, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts & reduced price for 18-hole golf course. Location close to Welk, Table Rock Lake & Branson 76-strip. You can expect an "at-home" experience with new stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer. We provide complimentary Branson Bean coffee (Knights Blend Original and Decaf) for the coffee pot provided. This is a coffee that has been created by Branson Knights specifically for their guests. You can't buy this blend! It's a delicious local coffee roasted by a local family. Leave your troubles behind and stretch out in this relaxing premium condo! The entire condo is open to our guests.

This particular Pointe Royale Luxury Condominium is within a few miles of the Branson 76-strip including The Ferris Wheel, Titanic, Clay Cooper Theatre, National Enquirer, Americana Theatre, the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Marina, The Track, Mountain Coaster and Big Foot among others. At the end of the road you can find lake access to Lake Taneycomo, a playground and BBQ grills for your use. Everything within the Pointe Royale is within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are available to assist in transportation needs as well as local taxi companies. Everyone is very friendly!
We provide all the toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent and dryer sheets so you don't have too. We also provide all the pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, blender, etc... if there's something that we haven't provided that you need, just let us know and we'll do our darndest to get it for you!
The loft also has a custom built Ozark cedar queen over queen bunk bed hand crafted from a local pastor/carpenter who used the cedar trees from his own yard to build a very unique bed for his condo!
When you book this condo, you will receive an email from Lodgify 20 days prior to arrival to complete. This form will give you a 6 letter Booking Reservation code that you'll enter into the Lodgify Guest app to access the check-in information. About the host
Hosted by Don Wasielewski
Don and Tamara married in 2005 in Scott City, Kansas, Tamara’s home town. Don is originally from Hudson, New Hampshire where he was born and raised. He backpacked all over the United States in 1996 and Europe and Asia Minor in 1997. He retired from law enforcement after working as a Patrol Officer in Southwest Kansas and a Probation and Parole Officer in Missouri. Tamara studied abroad in Japan for a period while in high school. Tamara has her BS in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University and Don has his BA in Intelligence and his MA in National Security from the American Military University. They have three children that they homeschool and their two oldest, both Eagle Scouts, attend Subiaco Academy in Arkansas. They love raising their children in Branson because of the ever present faith, patriotism and the community’s support for law enforcement.

This beautiful condo is just a 5 minute walk from the Clubhouse (fitness center and pools/hot tub). We offer a "stay and play" discount on 18 holes of golf too when you stay with us!
What makes this property unique
This condo just received a $60k+ renovation in 2023 that includes a new furnace, A/C, premium padding and carpet, paint, granite countertops, soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and lighting! We also own the condo below it, The Whispering Willow, a 2 bedroom condo so guests have the potential of reserving both and keeping their family close by!
When you reserve from us, you are reserving from a local family. This is our small business and we are on property everyday. Don is also on the Board of Directors for the condo association at The Pointe. He is very involved in making sure the entire resort is perfect for your vacation!
