Our home not only has the most beautiful mountain views of any you will find, but it also has extensive shaded areas to relax in or out of our extra large pool with lounging shelf. Our newly remodeled extra bedroom and bathroom, now allows your whole family to enjoy your new home away from home. Every piece of furniture was newly purchased and top quality, so you are getting a pristine residence to make your home away from home. Situated in the heart of La Quinta, right next door to Legacy Villas and the Waldoff Astoria La Quinta Resort, you are just minutes away from Old Town La Quinta and close enough to Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and Rancho Mirage to hit all of the fun spots and restaurants that the famous Palm Springs area has to offer! If you are thinking of going to Stage Coach or Coachella Music Festival, One of the many golf tournaments or the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens to see or participate in a live event, you can feel good knowing you can go home to the most quiet, comfy and tranquil setting you have ever stayed in! All of our beds are either the highest quality pillow-top or memory foam, with nothing too mushy or too hard, so even Goldilocks and Princess and the Pea will sleep like a baby :)

Fantastic Retreat

We stayed at this property for over six weeks and loved every minute of it! The view, the house, the neighborhood and neighbors were amazing. It is a in a gated community and has a great open area in the center of the community that was a good place for us to take our dog. A big welcome basket was waiting for us. The house was beautiful, the kitchen extremely well stocked and easy to cook in, the beds were very comfortable and the landscaping was immaculate. Rick, the property manager, was prompt in answering any questions and in taking care of any problem. It is very close to Old Town; golf, pickleball, tennis and shopping are minutes away. A bonus is that there is workout equipment in the third garage stall and plenty of room to store golf clubs, etc. Did I mention the view? We did not want to leave!

My wife and I purchased our La Quinta retreat with the intention of spending as much time there as possible and while we never want to leave when we are there, with kids in the thick of the shcool season, we realized that we have a few months from December through March that we won't have time to spend there, so we are looking forward to sharing our amazing home away from home with you.

Why they chose this property

The views of the surrounding mountains are unreal and the beautiful gated neighborhood feel so safe and comfortable. The whole place is like having a home in the most upscale resort you’ve ever stayed in!
