Amazingly PRIVATE, TRANQUIL & MODERN three bedroom home situated on the Norman Golf Course overlooking the lake and Greg Norman course fairway. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa during the sunny days and then have a relaxing evening while grilling dinner on the built-in barbeque. The house is equipped with Sonos inside and out, allowing for your choice of music simply through an app on your phone. Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and each bedroom has its own large flat screen TV. The luxurious master suite has a king bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a king bed in one of the guest rooms and a queen bed in the second guest room. Please note security cameras are located on the exterior and garage of property. For rentals during the months of November through March, if guests wish to have the pool heated, an additional daily charge of $60/day will be added. If using the hot tub only, no additional heating charges will be incurred.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure the towels left to be cleaned are those used on day of checkout - all others should be laundered and put away prior to checkout.
Please make sure the perishable items are removed from the kitchen and refrigerator and all trash taken out to the trash cans prior to leaving the property.
Please turn off the air conditioning or heat prior to leaving the property and please turn off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
