Adorable Modern Guesthouse - West Downtown Boise

Newly renovated modern and spacious guesthouse centrally located a mile from the center of downtown Boise and ½ mile from Boise's whitewater park. The perfect basecamp for your Boise adventures and a peaceful haven after fun filled days strolling the nearby greenbelt, hiking/biking in the foothills, or exploring Boise's downtown. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure.

Located in Boise's West End neighborhood within walking distance to many of Boise's shops and restaurants. The treelined streets provide easy access to Esther Simplot Park, the Boise Greenbelt and even a few breweries and wineries.

Guests have access to the entire guesthouse and front patio and enjoy complimentary coffee, fast WiFi, and Youtube TV. Guests are free to stream content using their own accounts. Bicycles and paddleboards may be available on request.

The owners live onsite. If you have a special occasion, please let us know how we can make it extra special for you. We are available to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible.

Great quick trip

We stayed here for two nights on a brief trip to Boise. The guest home was clean, modern, and wonderfully cool due to the excellent AC system. Great kitchen, bathroom, and studio like bedroom/living area. Highly recommended for couples looking for a clean and simple place to stay while in the area.

“Cute, cute, cute, cute, cute!” If you were a fly on the wall for our stay, you would hear us saying that constantly as we walked around the guest house. We were so very impressed with all of the high end and comfortable finishes the amazing hosts thought of. This was the perfect place to have a nice weekend getaway to attend a concert. I could go on and on about every little detail and how incredible it all was, but it would get a little redundant. Just trust me when I say that this place is perfection! Thank you!!!

Thank you for a five-star stay

We’d stay here again! We were in town to spend time with our kids & grandkids and this was the perfect landing spot for us near the amenities of downtown and surrounding area. We popped into the North End a few times and went over to Southeast Boise too. We visited Boise while passing through on a road trip. The hosts were wonderful and provided everything we needed.
