The apartment has full access to the garden.

With an exceptional view of the Pointe d'Uble and Chalune, the chalet is unique by its location and tranquility, a corner of the mountains paradise!

Ideally located, ski-in/ski-out, between the cross-country and downhill ski trails.

Apartment with a large living room open to the living room, dining room and kitchen.

- 300 m from the centre of the resort
- 10 m from the first alpine ski slope (ski-in/ski-out)
- 100 m from the first ski lift
- 300 m from the first ski slope of background
- 300 m from the first bus stop
- 300 m from the food shops

Please note that in winter, the access road to the chalet is a ski slope so you must park your vehicle in a public car park 200 m away (free).

The chalet is equipped with a sledge for transporting luggage and other supplies... The use of the car is therefore not
essential.
