The villa is only 5 minutes by car from the historic centre of Cortona, less than an hour's drive to Siena and the Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno only 15 minutes away, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi and Florence just over an hour.

From the entrance door, on the left-hand side there is access to the sitting room with fireplace while on the right-hand side there is access to the Sala della Pastaia whose name derives from an old piece of furniture which today contains various objects but which was used to dry pasta!
