About this property

BRIGHT, MODERN HOUSE BETWEEN BAY AND WILD COAST

Modern and bright house of 130m², ideally located near the Côte Sauvage (10 minutes walk) and the beaches of the Bay of Quiberon (15 minutes walk).
Close to all shops on foot and by bike.
Comfortably accommodates 8 people, including 2 on the ground floor.
Large south-facing terrace. Quiet in a cul-de-sac.

Detailed Description:

Ground floor: entrance open to the large living room, bright and sunny, which includes a kitchen with an island-bar, a dining room and a living room. Two very large bay windows open onto the terrace, facing south. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a 160 bed, a shower room and separate toilets.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms of 3 people each. A double bed of 160 and a single bed in the first bedroom, 3 single beds in the second. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. A large mezzanine with sofa also occupies the floor for a reading area.
Garden: large terrace with garden furniture and bicycle storage.
Parking space for one car.

Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, induction hob, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. Free Wi-Fi.
Beds will be made on arrival.

Bed linen, towels (except beach towels) and cleaning are included in a mandatory package at the time of booking.
For family use only. Pets not allowed. The house is non-smoking.

Rental only by the week.
Check-in time is from 5 pm and check-out is before 10 am.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est conforme à la description. Très spacieuse , lumineuse, au calme avec un agencement moderne et très propre.Nous avons trouvé tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir louer du Dimanche au Dimanche (ce qui est un plus pour la presqu'île !)Nous recommandons cette location.

Location près de la plage ?

La conciergerie n’est venue que le lendemain matin … et lui avons fait constater la saleté du four et du congélateur qui avait un tiroir de cassé ! A l’usage, nous avons constaté qu’il manquait l’essentiel pour huit personnes ( 4 bols de petit-déjeuner seulement, une seule grande poêle, pas de grande cocotte pour cuire des fruits de mer ou légumes comme les artichauts…..et plats pour servir insuffisants ou trop petits.. mais trop de nombreux verres à pied Mais pas pour jus de fruits…). Nous étions cinq en permanence, mais je ne conseille pas pour huit repas.Par contre, la literie est bonne, l’espace bien décoré, table et parasol extérieur. Mais il aurait été agréable d’avoir deux transats pour se reposer ou lire à l’extérieur …Surtout l’annonce de la plage à dix minutes à pied est erronée car il faut au minimum vingt minutes pour atteindre la plage , ce qui fait beaucoup pour des personnes âgées.Nous avons néanmoins passé de bonnes vacances ensoleillées.J’espère que la propriétaire fera le nécessaire pour améliorer sa location pour huit personnes. Merci d’avance
