I have stayed here several times when traveling for work; it’s the perfect place to be near downtown and beaches. Such a cute place to stay, always clean and comfortable!

Hi April,
It’s always such a pleasure to host you! Thank you for making our place your go‑to spot during your trips. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
Warm regards,
Nina and Team
This is the second property I rent from Nina, as I have been in and out of construction on my home for a year. Their places, including this one; are clean, look 100% like the pictures and have all the items in the condo's I would need at home. one block from main street, but still a very quiet area. Thank you again!!
This was a great property for our needs (short visit to NPR). The proximity to downtown NPR was wonderful: walking distance to pubs, park, bakeries, library, etc. Amenities were just what was needed.
The place was perfect for my short visit to New Port Richey. Very clean and property manager was quick to respond to my questions. Walking distance to downtown New Port Richey. Great location! I hope to stay again soon. Thank You!
This little apartment was very clean on arrival. We had trouble with the code for the key and the owner was easy to contact and helpful!
It is so close to downtown, the city park, and the river. We loved our stay!
Such a wonderful little cottage! Perfect size for myself and spouse. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed coming back and relaxing after long days helping my grandmother clear out and sell her home. Thank you for a lovely stay!
It was a good stay, I don't want to focus on just the bad, but the shower draining needs to be fixed. It is not a drain problem but a level floor problem, the water collects in the floor of the shower and does not drain because the shower floor is unlevel. the water remains until it eveaporates or is squeeged out. It would be nice if there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was a good stay. Thank You

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. About the issue with the shower drainage, we want to make sure that we have already taken care of and fixed the uneven floor problem that was causing the water collection.
Your suggestion about having a ceiling fan in the bedroom is duly noted. We constantly strive to enhance our guests' experience, and your input helps us identify areas for improvement. We will certainly consider this for future upgrades.
Once again, thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable experience in the future.
The place is beautiful but we were cautious initially driving up. The house was a little hard to find at first, but the overall stay was great. The location was very very close to downtown Port Richey can walk to all the shops and restaurants.
Cute little place one block off Main Street, so comfortable, extremely clean, has all amenities to make your stay perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back!
