All new furniture, carpets and small appliances. Have 4 properties in the same complex. Two TVs, WiFi, heated outside pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, tennis and volleyball courts.
MINIMUM rental is 30 days or one calendar month. Application for condo association with -a 125$ fee per person or $150 per couple. Background check is required. Plus car information, copies pf lisenses.

Fantastic!

My husband was working in the area for over a month and this was the perfect rental for him! The condo was in a great location and was very clean and bright. Communication with the owner was outstanding as well as with the condo office person. Would definitely rent again if in the area!
