As part of your rental, you will have access to:
*an aquatic area with two pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season, and finally, a water play area for the little ones. The swimming pool is open from April to October. It is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a wristband or badge, which you will receive upon arrival.
*Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field.
*And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area.

In addition to the security deposit, you will need to pay a €45 cleaning deposit upon arrival.

In July and August, these deposits can be taken by credit card imprint, and in the off-season, by check or cash.

Electricity consumption to be paid from October 1 to April 30: €0.20/KWH

A €50 cleaning deposit is required in addition to the main security deposit.
