The apartment is located right near the main shopping streets of the city, in the Wilmersdorferstraße there are many cafes, restaurants, bars, small and large stores. With the subway you can reach, without having to change all the main sights of Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm, the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz up to Alexanderplatz.
You are welcome to borrow a bike for your stay or explore the city by public transport.

OK for a few days, but expensive. Hard to find parking

The appartment is OK if you want to stay for just a few days. For a longer stay too expensive and way to few parking possibilities (PUBLIC parking). Payment was a bit weird - host wanted to pickup the rest of the money in cash during our stay (even when we were not at home) - we decided do transfer the money. Checkin via Keysafe was easy. Location was nice & near to public transport.

Nice small place in Charlottenburg

Our stay was oke. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Good location, close to the U Bahn. Friendly owner. Only we two times a bad experience with one of the neighbors. The man was yelling loud to my daughters, and they were crying because of his agrassive behavior.

Nette kleine Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, in einem sehr angenehmen Viertel mit allem, was man braucht. Unproblematisches Einchecken und sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Einzelne negative Punkte: dunkel, da im Erdgeschoss zum Hinterhof, katastrophale oder sehr teure Parksituation und für Leute mit Nackenproblemen recht harte Matratze. Sonst nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht mit Geschäften, Restaurants und U-Bahn um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die passende Unterkunft für ein paar entspannte Tage in Berlin. Schöne Altbauwohnung, gut ausgestattet, vor allem aber perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ansprechendes Viertel mit vielen schönen Shopping- und Dining-Möglichkeiten. Die „Terrasse“ würde ich allerdings nicht als solche bezeichnen ;-)

Kurztrip nach Berlin

Super Lage: U-Bahn-Nähe, Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Problemloser Check-in mit Schlüsseltresor. Super Ausstattung, es wurde an alles gedacht. Netter Kontakt zum freundlichen Vermieter, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen!

Fantastic experience

We went to Berlin for the first time and this property was perfect after long travel. It is convenient to the subway station, in a quiet neighborhood but no more than 20 minutes to big sights, and it was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Kurzurlaub in Berlin

Das Objekt liegt günstig. Man kann das Kfz stehen lassen und mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr fahren. Die U-Bahnstation Bismarckstraße ist gleich in der Nähe. Einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu finden ist fast unmöglich. Aber in einer der Seitenstraßen geht das auch. Das Quartier ist nichts für Menschen, die sich viel in der Wohnung aufhalten wollen. Dafür ist es sicher auch nicht eingerichtet, Blick in einen trostlosen Hinterhof. Service etc. war alles i.O. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Zu Eierbechern sollte es auch Eierlöffel und einen Salzstreuer geben. Vielleicht sind diese Sachen aber auch nur einfach mal abhanden gekommen.

Dunkle Wohnung aber gut eingerichtet

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es wenig Licht. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet aber nicht wirklich sauber. Spinnweben an der Decke, Lurch unter jedem Kasterl. Für den Aufwand den der Vermieter für Nicht Rauchen treibt einfach nicht sauber genug. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng bemessen. Schuhgrösse 46 passt nicht neben das Bett. Schlüsselübergabe war OK. In der Nähe Supermarkt und auch Restaurants. Anbindung an die Öffis sehr gut.

Kurztrip nach Berlin

Lage der Wohnung ideal. Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in 5 - 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Kommunikation per Whatsapp und Schlüsselabholung über Box direkt am Haus super. Konnten aufgrund zeitiger Anreise per Flugzeug sogar früher als üblich in das Appartement. Ungünstig, dass es keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Alternative kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus (mit Nachttarif 18 Uhr bis Folgetag 9 Uhr kostet 2 €). Parkhaus nachts abgeschlossen und nicht zugänglich.

Der Aufenthalt war okay.Schade war nur das man die sogenannte Terrasse nicht nutzen konnte weil es die eigentlich garnicht gibt.Leider konnte man die Küchengeräte (Toaster)nicht nutzen das sie dreckig und der Wasserkocher sehr verkalkt waren .Die Lage von der Wohnung war super man konnte alles gut erreichen.

sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Berlin

Die Fewo ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Einfache Übernahme durch Schlüsselsafe. gutes Bett und Schlafsofa und vorallem sehr ruhig. Die U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke, alles ist super zu erreichen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist gleich gegenüber, sowie alle möglichen Geschäfte. Immer gerne wieder
