As of 2/4/23, we are booking reservations again.

As of 12/12/23 , the pool is still closed, but expected to be open in January 2024. and the lobby is under construction.

As of 12/7/23, The exterior renovation Project is about 75% complete and is projected to be finished in January. (new balcony railings, screens, and fresh paint)

Our unit is on the 4th floor and no damage was sustained.

The Beaches across the street are open and as beautiful as ever.

The Laundry rooms on each floor are open.

Our Property Management is making progress faster than anyone in the area and things have been improving rapidly. Currently, the first floor units and Lobby areas are being renovated, but it is a short walk from the elevator to the front door.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s located within a two minute walk to the gorgeous beach. The owner was very helpful with the entire rental process. The condo was immaculate. This rental was just perfect for our relaxing vacation!

I recently had the privilege to stay at this condominium. If you are looking for a view of the gulf, safe and beautiful location for walking, short walk to the beach and a clean condominium than this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed. The owner was very attentive with any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to rent this condominium again in the future! I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Perfect Location!

Everything you need for a month or longer retreat at the beach! The unit was very clean and communication with Vince was easy and prompt. I will definitely consider staying again; hopefully longer!
