This spacious condo has 1147 sq ft of indoor living space and has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 including a king master bedroom and two Queen sofa sleepers. This condo also has a huge outdoor expansive lanai with beautiful views of the gulf and the marina and several seating groups for many to enjoy this relaxing and special location. Guests can enjoy amenities like a newly remodeled lobby, common space and outdoor hangout area. There is also a large heated pool, community grill, lounge chairs and picnic benches. The condo has AC, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, beach towels and beach chairs for all to enjoy during your stay.

There will be an additional application fee through Tenant Evaluation that you have to pay directly, therefore is not included in your quote.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was larger than we anticipated, especially the lanai. It was clean, had very comfortable furniture and had the necessary kitchenwares. It was very easy to get into the condo and Tara responded quickly to any questions we had. It was great experience for us.

Great condo close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and we're already considering trying to get it for a longer time next year. It's a beautiful property and very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. We got to meet Tara personally and she was a pleasure to work with, even providing us some great tips on popular restaurants, bars, etc. to go to. When we did have an issue with the wifi, Tara took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this condo as a great place to stay!

The building and the condo were nice. However, at one point there was an issue with one of the toilets. It overflowed (had nothing to do with us, the building is old and the inner parts of the toilet needed to be replaced) and caused a flood in the condo. We just happened to be in the condo at the time and ended up spending the afternoon using all the towels cleaning up the water. Then we had to wash everything and mop all the floors. Then for an entire week we had construction people coming in early in the morning to reset the fans that ran 24 hrs. a day (for most of the week there were 15 commercial fans in the unit). For the rest of our stay we only had one toilet to use. We paid for a condo that had 2 full bathrooms, not 1 1/2. At no time were we offered any kind of a discount or refund for the time we spent cleaning up the water, doing many loads of laundry washing all the towels we used cleaning up the water, and the inconvenience of having construction people in early in the morning waking us up most mornings, the constant noise of the fans, and the use of just one toilet. We also had to mop all the floors to clean up after we cleaned up the water. Had we not been in the condo at the time of the flood, the damage would have been much worse than it was. We were disappointed that we were not offered any kind of discount or refund not only for the inconvenience, but also for all the work we did. Also the pool heater was broken for the entire 4 weeks.

We chose this area of North Naples to own due to its proximity and ease to get to the beach and all the great restaurants and shopping near by. A bonus the weather is perfect all year round!
