About this property

Our house is situated on the dreamlike Costa Paradiso surrounded by one
rocky nature and with a magnificent view of the coast and sea. It is
freestanding with large Sardinian garden and not overlookable pool with Roman
Stairway.
The house is spacious, has three bedrooms each
with brand new twin beds of Marriott hotels.
In the separate bedroom there are two bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower,
in the front living and dining area another small bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is in Sardinian style with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher
and microwave with grill and baking function.
In front of the kitchen is a great seating area in granite with corner seat.
From the open dining and living room with open fireplace you have a great, unobstructed view of the coast and the sea.
Direct exit to the sea is possible near the house on foot.

Urlaubsdomizile mit Wohlfühlgarantie -ein echter Geheimtipp

Ein wunderbares Haus in einer atemberaubenden Lage. Die Kombination aus Felsen, Meer und ursprünglicher Natur ist einmalig. An der Aussicht aufs Meer und in die Weite, vor allem aber an den spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen, kann man sich kaum sattsehen. Hinzu kommt eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und -was sehr selten ist bei Ferienhäusern- eine tolle üppige Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Küchenutensilien. Selten haben wir uns in einem Ferienhaus so wohl gefühlt wie hier … es stimmt einfach alles … bis hin zur sehr hilfsbereiten und jederzeit ansprechbaren Vermieterin, die gerne unterstützt, Auskunft gibt und jede Frage sofort per WhatsApp beantwortet hat. Vielen Dank liebe Antje Ludwig, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind nur schweren Herzens wieder abgereist ☺️.

Très belle maison au calme et vue splendide

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans une maison très accueillante et bien équipée. La literie est très confortable, et il fait bon s’y reposer au bord de la super piscine très bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très réactif. On garde cette adresse pour pouvoir y retourner sans hésitation

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus!

Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in toller Lage an der Westküste Sardiniens. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind, das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz frisch, aber dafür sehr charmant, das WLAN kam mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie nicht ganz mit und in der Sommerhitze ist eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wünschenswert. Sonst wären es 5 von 5!

Tolles Ferienhaus an beeindruckender Küste

WOW, was für eine Kulisse von der Terrasse des Hauses! Ich persönlich hätte da auch nur so 14 Tage sitzen können, ab und an mal in den Pool springen (der jeden Tag betreut wird und bei dem wir alle keinerlei Chlor bemerkt haben) und dann 1 Glas Weißwein und das den nächsten Tag repeat 😁! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Weber Kugelgrill und der Kaffeevollautomat seien mal herausgestellt, aber es fehlt auch sonst rein gar nichts an irgendwelchen Küchenutensilien - Besteck, Teller, Tassen, Gläser usw. alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten das Glück eine junge Katzenfamilie die nah am Haus war mit aufzuziehen, eine tolle Aufgabe die wir gerne übernommen haben. Anfangs ganz scheu, haben uns die Baby Gattis später aus der Hand gefressen 😊 Gerne hätten wir natürlich auch die Wildschweine gefüttert, was aber laut neuester Gemeinde-Verordnung nicht mehr gestattet ist 😒 Die Schlingel finden trotzdem mit Ihrer Nase übriggebliebenes Katzenfutter und naschen alles weg. Was soll man da tun? 🤔 Fazit: Wir haben ein super Urlaub dort mit insgesamt 5 Erwachsenen erlebt und können dieses Haus jederzeit guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen, zumal auch jede Frage an die Vermieterin sofort (innerhalb von Minuten) beantwortet wurde! Das verdient Extra-Lob ❤️ Wenn es denn einen Kritikpunkt gibt, so sei er hier genannt: Das Haus hat kein WiFi/Wlan obwohl die globale Beschreibung das aussagt! Mobilfunk ist so lala. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht und der digital detox war sogar angenehm!

Casa Paradiso

Das Haus bietet wirklich einen fantastischen Blick von der Terrasse auf die beeindruckende Felslandschaft der Costa Paradiso. Die Kombination aus rosa Granit, tiefgrüner Macchia und dem Meer im Hintergrund mit seinen unterschiedlichen Schattierungen hat uns jeden Morgen und Abend, den wir auf dem Terrasse verbracht haben, fasziniert. Allein deshalb, hat sich die Buchung der Casa Ludwig gelohnt. Das Haus selbst hat seinen Charme, ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es bietet alles, was man von einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwartet. Lobend erwähnen muss man den top gepflegten Pool. Lieber war uns dennoch das Meer mit seinen diversen Stränden, die alle auf ihre Art ihren ganz besonderen Reiz hatten. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben nach den zwei Wochen in der Casa Paradiso.
