Fantastic views of the sunset.
Three rooms with sea views in Costa Paradiso, 30 km from Castelsardo, 15 km from Badesi, 8 km from Isola rossa and 35 km from the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura in a very scenic and quiet 500m from the sea. For shared use: garden,,BBQ. Private parking opposite the house. The houses all have air conditioning, washing machine, TV, wi-fi( max 10 GB),microwave. Panoramic view over the town and the sea up to Castelsardo and Isola Rossa. Supermarket , pharmacy 600 m.
It also has a covered veranda overlooking the sea and an uncovered parking space.
The privacy on the terraces is guaranteed.
On the lake side of the there is a large covered porch with another table with 6 chairs. On the other side of the house is a small courtyard. The house is equipped with other useful services such as washing machine, satellite TV (astra, English satellite TV, French, German and Italian) and barbecue. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The windows are double glazed and the shutters have slats. For your car we provide private parking is available.
The house is located in an elevated position. The views of the sea and the coast is breathtaking. A shopping center with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables is in a few minutes by car (about 2) reached. Li Cossi sandy beach reached by a well maintained trail along the cliffs. This walk starts at the car park at the small harbor. Wearing the house by car in about 2 minutes. About the walk then leads to another about 10 minutes to the beach Li Cossi, which is not accessible by car

Well equipped house with two beautiful rooms for four people + 2 children in the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
The house is a very well-kept house ELICRISO in one of the most beautiful places on the coast. Just 500 meters from the sea, you have a fantastic view of the sea, the Gulf of Asinara and typical of the coast, mark Antee red rock formations. The Villetta is oriented towards the west, and allows you to enjoy every evening a beautiful sunset. The house has a large living room with a large window overlooking the covered veranda and the sea, pool( off in 2021 summer) and private terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining area with four chairs and an open kitchen which is well equipped (eg fridge / freezer, 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, wi-fi internet). The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated. One bedroom and the living room have a sea view. The house has a full bathroom with shower and bidet and an outdoor shower.
The swimming pool will be closed in the summer of 2021

Clean villa with wonderful view

Made up of three villas with shared pool. Private terrace/area was spacious. Felt private even though other two villas were occupied. The area is quiet and a car is essential for shopping and restaurants. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. Great location to explore North Sardinia but also perfect if you want to hang out having a lazy day with a dip in the pool. I never tired of the view. The villa has two double bedrooms unlike most of the other villa/apartments I looked at which was perfect for our Mum and daughter holiday. We met Stefano in nearby Badesi and he takes you to the villa, about 15-20 minute drive. All in all a great holiday

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern dort verbracht und ich kann es absolut weiter empfehlen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist gigantisch, der Pool und das Haus sehr schön und sauber.

Wow! Fabulous villa, fabulous holiday!

The photos on this website do not do this villa justice at all, it is a lovely villa with stunning views. We have just returned from a 12 night stay and have had a fab holiday. The villa is lovely, it was spotlessly clean as was the pool and garden area. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the views are gorgeous. The facilities were very good and I was surprised to find a washing machine, which with two children was very useful. The kitchen was all very well equipped and we were able to cook meals with no problems. The manager, Stafanos, could not do enough for us, he was extremely helpful and spoke good English. We had a problem with the water to the villa one day, after one text two him, within 20 minutes two plumbers had turned up and the problem was sorted very quickly with no fuss. The only slight problem we had was the wifi was limited and we ran out after less than a week, but Stefanos put more on the account for us and only charged us after he had to do this twice more! 3GB is not enough for a family of four for two weeks! A car is a necessity for this villa as there are no restaurants within easy walking distance, yes, you could walk, but with Costa Paradiso being built into a hill, it would either be a walk up the hill there, or up the hill home depending on which restaurant you went to, and in 38 degree heat this was something we didn't want to do! I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay at Costa Paradiso - just watch out for the owner of the next door villa, as he was extremely rude and grumpy, but we just ignored him!

Very nice appartment with fantastic sea view.

Our appartement (with two bedrooms) was very nice, clean, cultivated and very well equipped. The pool was cleaned every 2nd day. Stefano Addis was very friendly, while booking, arrival, helped us in problems and while leaving. We got a lot of information and help, including a first instrution for all POI of Costa Paradiso. Stefano, thank you very much. Costa Paradiso is a dream. You can find a supermarket, restaurants, bakery all neccessary. And you can go swimming, diving, rent a boat ..... And the view from the appartment or from the pool to the coast and the sea is really fantastic. We had a wunderful time there and recommend it anyway.

Very good Appartment, Town and View!

We spent a week in the appartment with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed, for 4 people. It was very nice! Badesi is a nice and quiet little town, with good retaurants and the sea at 20min by foot. Stefano Addis is very friendly and gave us all the necessary! Our appartement was new and nice, the pool was clean and there are public showers and WC for it. And finally, we had a very beautiful view! From the pool or the appartement we can see all the landscape and the sea. We were 4 and we all spent very good hollydays! I recommend it!
