Casa ampia con ogni comodità.

Proprietario disponibile e preciso. La proprietà è vicina al centro della località de La Ciaccia e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piccola spiaggia. In 5 minuti di auto si arriva alla più ampia e sabbiosa spiaggia di San Pietro. La casa dispone di un giardino fiorito, di un comodo passo carraio dal quale si può portare nel cortile retrostante l’auto e due verande coperte molto comode per i pasti.

10 härliga dagar på Sardinien

Jag kommer dela upp recensionen i ett antal korta avsnitt. BOKNINGEN Enkelt förfarande med snabb bekräftelse på att bokningen var genomförd KOMMUNIKATIONEN INNAN RESAN Danielle svarade alltid snabbt på de frågor som jag skickade till honom, dock så kom den sista informationen med boende reglerna något sent INCHECKNING Incheckningen genomfördes av personal dom enkom pratade italienska vilket inte var optimalt då vi inte pratar ett ord italienska. Det innebar att vi inte fick några praktiska tips och råd för vår vistelse. Någon skriftlig information på engelska fanns inte heller tillgänglig i huset vilket hade varit till stor hjälp. Annars så var incheckningen smidig och snabb. HUSET Beskrivningen av huset motsvarade verkligheten, huset var välutrustat och all vad man behövde i köket för matlagning fanns även om jag saknade en vattenkokare. LÄGET Huset är belägen i en liten by där det finns apotek, restauranger, bageri och mataffär med separata diskar för delikatesser, kött och bröd. Stranden i närområdet tillhör inte de bästa på Sardinien men den är helt ok för ett morgondopp eller kvällsdopp. Det är lugnt och inga störande trafikljud. VÄRDEN Vi träffar aldrig värden men han svarar sluttid på telefon när man ringer. Han pratar bra engelska och är alltid trevlig. SAMMANFATTNING Vi, två vuxna och två barn, trivdes utmärkt i huset och är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Danielles hus. En information skriven på engelska borde finnas i huset Stort tack för att vi fick bo i ert hus under 10 dagar.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très agréable , très bien aménagée il ne manque rien. Situé dans un petit village avec tout ce qu'il faut autour et la plage à 10mins à pieds. Je recommande cette location à toutes personnes.

Was verwsprochen war, ist nicht gehalten worden.

Keine Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine defekt, kein Kanu, Schimmel in beiden Badezimmern. Vermieter nur telefonisch zu erreichen, bei Problemen mit TV, keinerlei Hilfe. Zum Strand braut man ein Auto, ca. 2Km. Sie sollten Ihre Objekte die Sie vermitteln doch mal überprüfen. MfG Karl Boes

Dear Karl, I am sorry you had some inconvenient during your time in my house. You are right because coffee machine is indicated in the site but not present in the house. My error, but now there is a new coffee machine! The washing machine broke down and the technician told me it can not be repaired at that time. Inconvenient can happen. Now there is a new washing machine! You claimed there is no canoe in my house. That is correct, I have never said and written about that! I am just reacheable by phone, yes but Mrs.Anna is there always available to solve problems and to help!! You said the beach is 2 km away. Yes, Valledoria's beach is 2 km away, but La Ciaccia's beach is just 300 mt far from the house!! Maybe you didn't see... Anyway thank you for your indications which will permit me to improve my house. Daniele Milanato

Soggiornato dal 5 al 19 agosto 4 adulti 3 bimbi e 1 cagnolino. La casa é veramente stupenda completa di tutto quanto necessario e posizionata in modo da visitare tutte le spiagge stupende da Stintino a Santa Teresa di Gallura in circa 1 ora massimo. Il proprieraro D. é stato veramente cortese e premuroso e ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio.

tolle Urlaubstage in La Ciaccia

unseren vierten Urlaub in La Ciaccia haben wir dieses mal hier genossen. Das Haus ist Groß und mit den beiden Terassen optimal. Die Einrichtung ist, wie schon von anderen beschreiben, Geschmackssache, aber bei den tollen Temperaturen waren wir eh immer draußen. Daniele war vorab und auch danach immer für die Anliegen erreichbar und Frau Anna kompetent und hilfsbereit. Gerne empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus weiter.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit super Ausstattung und sehr nettem, stets hilfsbereitem Vermieter. Ideal für Familien mit 2-3 Kindern- wir waren mit unserem 5 jährigen Sohn für 2 Wochen zu Gast und können es sehr empfehlen. Mietwagen lohnt sich.

Wir waren vom 26.05. -07.06.2017 in dieser Villa und es war super. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Sei es in der Küche mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten oder die 2 großen Bäder mit großen Duschen.Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet.Draußen sind 2 Terassen das man sich aussuchen kann ob man mit Sonne oder ohne das Essen genießen will.Danke auch an Daniele für den freundlichen Kontakt und an Frau Anna die uns im Haus willkommen hieß und uns alles zeigte.Wir kommen sicher wieder da auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top ist. Schöne Unterkunft zu fairem Preis

Das schöne Haus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, zum weitläufigen Strand sind es etwa 500 Meter (nicht 300), der hilfsbereite Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei einem kurzzeitigen Problem mit der Elektrizität wurde sich sofort um Abhilfe bemüht. Die Einrichtung und Dekoration sind teilweise sicher Geschmackssache, insgesamt fühlten wir uns aber sehr wohl.

"La villa e'' molto bella e curata nei minimi particolari, vicina a negozi di prima necessità. La Ciaccia è molto tranquilla, ideale per chi desidera allontanarsi dal caos cittadino. A mio avviso sia il mare che la spiaggia della Ciaccia non sono rappresentativi delle tipiche spiagge della Sardegna, pur essendo contesti gradevoli e puliti. Raggiungere le spiagge circostanti e'' abbastanza agevole, chiaramente per chi non bada ai chilometri da percorrere. Rimane comunque posizione strategica per visitare il nord della Sardegna. Ringrazio il proprietario e la consiglio vivamente."

"Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo e uno dei meriti va sicuramente allo standard qualitativamente elevato della casa che merita davvero apprezzamento tanto per la cura dei particolari con cui è rifinita, qualità raramente riscontrabile in case di villeggiatura, quanto per il contesto in cui è inserita, a due passi dalle più note località turistiche del nord della Sardegna. "La maison était très pro...

"La maison était très propre à l''intérieur et à l''extérieur. Lors d''une semaine de canicule, nous aurions aimé pouvoir profiter de la climatisation dans la chambre mais nous n''avions pas l''accès. Cette option n''était d''ailleurs pas prévue donc sans mauvaise surprise. La location est située à 5'' à pied d''une supérette, d''un restaurant, d''un tabac et d''un excellent glacier. La plage la plus proche est à 10'' à peine à pied et à 10'' en voiture pour une autre. La maison était très bien située pour toutes les visites que nous avons faites. L''environnement est calme et très accessible. Idéal pour une famille car de l''espace dans la maison et sur la terrasse"
