Spread over three floors, the property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with 2 single beds), and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Please note, there is no Wi-Fi at this property. The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
A parking space for small cars is available in the private garage on the property, and free street parking is available outside. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events and parties are not permitted at this property.
The shower features a plastic filter in the drain: after each use, please remove it and clear any hair or debris to prevent clogs.

Tolle Wohnung, schöner Ausblick, gute Auslagslage für Ausflüge
Pros: Unkomplizierter Check-In, gute Lage, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern
Cons: Auch wenn es in der Beschreibung ersichtlich ist, WLAN wäre in der heutigen Zeit wünschenswert.
