Nice Family Spot
We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was open with quick responses to the questions we had, and the property was in a nice area.
The house was beautifully decorated and in a cute neighborhood. The pool was nice but doesn’t allow drinking in or near the pool, so if you wanted to have a drink in the pool, I’d skip the pool. It is monitored heavily.
The golf cart was the perfect addition to our stay. We didn’t have to take our cars each time we wanted to go somewhere, but it didn’t go the allowed speed limit and was a bit wonky on breaking/accelerating.
We did get frustrated with the washer and dryer systems. They left our clothes wet and took extended times to wash and dry. We’d suggest having someone check into them, but otherwise, everything else was great.
For a beach tip, go early to the public beaches and expect to be crowded. It would be so nice to have a private beach for guests as we had hard times finding nice beach areas.
Overall, we would definitely stay here and in the 30A area again.
